However, no matter which path you take, finding and unlocking certain items (such as gear) can be crucial to your journey, which is why I’ve created a quick guide below that details how to find rare items. How to unlock the Yatagarasu mask in Project Slayers
In order to unlock the Yatagarasu Mask, you need to open a Level 3 or 5 Chest and hopefully you are lucky. Every time you open a tier 3 chest, there is a 0.25% chance you will get a Yatagarasu Mask, and every time you open a tier 5 chest, there is a 0.5% chance you will get a Yatagarasu Mask. That’s all!
To stand a chance of getting any of these chests, you’ll need to defeat one of the respective bosses listed below.
- Tier 3 Bosses and Chest Locations
- Inosuke– Animal Cave (Ouwohana)
- Muichiro– Fog Trainer Location (Ouwohana)
- Enmu (Emne)– Frozen Lake (Ouwohana)
- Renpeke– City of Wop (Ouwahana)
- Swamp Demon (Swamp)– City of Wop (Ouwahana)
- Level 5 Bosses and Chest Locations
- Rengoku– Rengoku House (Ouwohana)
- Akaza (Akeza)— Akeza Cave (Ouwohana)
What does the Yatagarasu Mask do in Project Slayers?
The Yatagarasu Mask is a mythical piece of equipment with impressive buffs. These buffs are listed below.
- 5% experience buff
- 5% drop chance buff
- +25 Max. Health
