Step 1: Get a fast, unarmed vehicle from your garage.
Step 2: Take him to the LS Car Meet in Cypress Flats .
Step 3: When you are in the car, open the interaction menu with ‘M’ on PC, touchpad on PS4 or ‘view’ on Xbox One.
Step 4: Select the option ‘LS Car Meet’.
Step 5: Select the ‘Sprint’ option.
Step 6: A sprint race invitation will now be sent to the other players in the car meeting. Wait for players to accept your invitation.
Step 7: When enough players have accepted the invitation, race them and win.
