How to get the Insulating armor in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. The Insulating armor in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has pretty standard protection and provides a boost to Link’s attack during storms. Without giving too much away, after finishing all four “Regional Phenomena” quests, another quest will be triggered, leading you to Hyrule Castle.
