The image itself can be found in the front conference room where you save Sasha, and you can return here later with your new power through collective unconsciousness. Pyrokinesis is unlocked through natural story progression and will automatically be delivered to you later in the game, so keep playing until it’s introduced. This power will allow you to burn flammable objects around you. Hold down the assigned button while hovering over an item and if it can be burned, you should see a sharp orange outline around it. Release to turn it on.
As you may have guessed, the image of teeth is flammable. To return to it, you must go to the Collective Unconsciousness, which is the central axis to reach all the worlds. After completing the missions of Operation Lady Luctopus, Sasha will allow you to use his Brain Tumbler in his laboratory, the machine that allows you to return to previous brains. Interact with him, then find the door that leads to Loboto’s labyrinth. Go back to the conference room and light up this sign. This will reveal the suitcase to grab.

- Find the door to Loboto’s labyrinth and return to the conference room with the photo.
- Aim at the image and use your power of pyrokinesis to burn it, exposing the suitcase for you to grasp.
