How can I treat it at home?

If you cleanse your face twice a day with a product that contains  benzoyl peroxide , this ingredient is one of the most effective against acne and can be found in different products. Found in different facial cleansers, it should be used in the morning and before bed . Another way to help is:

  • Exfoliating product that will help soften the skin.
  • If the acne is in other parts of the body you should clean the area affected by acne 2 times a day.
  • If you use makeup, do not use makeup remover with facial cleanser.

Natural medicine.

If you do not like to use chemicals there are different natural solutions that usually work very well, such as using aloe vera in the area affected by acne. The aloe vera works as a  moisturizer that helps restore moisture to the skin and moisturizes.

Use oils, cleaning the face with oils is something that is often done a lot in Asia, this being a total trend among Asian women and men. This method will make your skin softer. The oils you can use are:

  • Olive oil.
  • Egg oil.
  • Grapeseed oil.
  • Castor oil.
  • Emu oil .

Finally, you can also make a homemade scrub without so many chemicals, you can use  alpha hydroxide acid or beta hydroxide acid to exfoliate. One product that has a lot of BHA is aspirin, you can crush it and mix it with water to create your own scrub.

Exfoliating yourself will help remove dead skin and help skin regenerate faster.
