How to get Regigigas in Pokémon Shimmering Pearl and Shiny Diamond
The Regis trio, Regirock, Regice and Registeel, made their debut on the previous generation, Ruby and Sapphire from Game Boy Advance. In Pearl and Diamond, Game Freak invented its creator, Regigigas , the “king of the giants.”
The way you do it has changed compared to Nintendo DS games. To capture it, you must first capture the trio of regis, in Hansa Park.
In this guide we already explain how to reach this area of the post-game, where you can capture various legendaries. The Park Hansa is achieved using Surf Beach from the Town Arena, and here you will find cave rooms. To access these rooms you need strange shards, which you find in the caves.
Talk to the receptionist and she will sell you the Home Slab , for 3 small or 1 large shards, with which you will enter a room where you will fight Regirock, Regice and Registeel . It is the first room to access in Hansa Park.
When you have the trio of regis, add them to your team and go to Puntaneva city . To the north you will find a temple. The guard will let you pass when they see that you have the National Pokédex.
Go down the floors of the temple, where you will have to use Rockbreaker and Hidden Movement. You will find two puzzles on the ice floor:
- First ice puzzle: Down, left, up, right, up
- Second ice puzzle: Down, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up
You will finally have the opportunity to fight Regigigas by interacting with the statue, although you will not be able to face him unless you have the three regis you captured earlier on your team. Try to save game just before and have a large number of Ultra Balls.
