Fortunately, ornamental skulls are one of the easiest treasures to find in the game. Good thing they are easy to find because you will need a lot of them to get them all. The best gear upgrades the game has to offer.
Ornamental Skulls are dropped quite frequently after defeating Bokoblins. You can find this enemy to defeat in various locations throughout the game, such as generally Faron Woods, Eldin Volcano, and Skyview Temple.
We recommend that you start at the top of the Eldin volcano near the entrance to the dungeon, defeat the Bokoblins in the camp next door, and descend the mountain where others wait to be defeated. You should be able to get at least some of them by doing this.
We also suggest that you carry a treasure medal in your adventure bag while defeating Bokoblins, as this will increase the chances of a treasure falling from the enemy.
These skulls are used in a wide variety of equipment upgrades. Here are all the updates that require ornamental skulls and the number of skulls required in parentheses:

Alternatively, each skull can also be sold for Rs 30 each if you need the cash in a pinch. They can be sold to Rupin at his Skyloft home at night.
