How to Get More Hearts in LEGO Fortnite
The way we have to increase our character’s Hearts in LEGO Fortnite is by crafting and equipping Pendants . Pendants are a type of item that we can create at Crafting Benches , so we will first have to create one with 3 Wood and 5 Granite.
Please note that to craft Pendants of rarity higher than Common (white) we will have to upgrade the Crafting Bench :
- Upgrade from Common (White) to Uncommon (Green) : 8 Plank + 3 Shell
- Upgrade from Uncommon (Green) to Rare (Blue) : 12 Rootknot Rod + 15 Marble Slab + 6 Sand Claw + 3 Sand Shell
- Upgrade from Rare (Blue) to Epic (Purple) : 15 Copper Ingot + 25 Obsidian Slab + 1 Brutosaurus Scale
There are also some foods that give us extra Hearts that are lost as soon as we receive damage , as if they were a kind of shield over our standard health.
- Grilled Meat : 1 Meat. It is created on the Grills. It gives us 2 temporary Hearts.
- Spicy Burger : 1 Flour + 1 Meat + 1 Chili. Gives us 4 temporary Hearts.
- Meatloaf : 1 Flour + 1 Meat + 1 Egg. It is created in the Ovens. It gives us 4 temporary Hearts.
- Pizza : 2 Flour + 1 Meat + 3 Chilli + 1 Cheese. It is created in the Ovens. It gives us 5 temporary Hearts.
- Boost Juice : 2 Boost Berries. Created in Blenders. Gives 3 temporary Hearts.

In addition to increasing our maximum health, Pendants also increase our defense while we have them equipped , which means that we receive less damage from enemy attacks. And if that were not enough, some Pendants also have additional effects such as offering us protection against the cold or protection against heat . To equip a Pendant, we open the inventory and take it to one of the Equipment slots . It is very important to do this so that its effects are applied; having them in the inventory alone is useless. We can equip up to three Pendants at a time .

- Radiant Totem (Uncommon) : 3 Wool Thread + 5 Cut Amber + 5 Sand Shell + 6 Sand Claw. Gives 3 extra Hearts and 5 Defense. Gains additional health after a few seconds when at full health.
- Health Pendant (Uncommon) : 3 Silk Thread + 1 Marble + 1 Shell. Gives us 2 extra Hearts and 3 Defense.
- Pendant of Serenity (Uncommon) : 3 Silk Thread + 1 Marble + 3 Sand Shell. Gives 3 extra Hearts and 5 Defense. Increases resistance to hot temperatures.
- Health Pendant (Rare) : 3 Wool Thread + 3 Cut Amber + 3 Sand Claw + 3 Flexwood Rod. Gives 3 extra Hearts and 5 Defense.
- Inner Fire Pendant : 3 Wool Thread + 5 Cut Ruby + 8 Radiantite + 3 Explosive Core. Gives 4 extra Hearts and 7 Defense. Increases resistance to cold temperatures.
- Pendant of Resistance (Rare) : 3 Wool Thread + 5 Copper Ingot + 5 Obsidian Slab + 10 Sand Shell. Gives 4 extra Hearts and 7 Defense. Grants additional Defense for a few seconds after taking damage.
- Regeneration Pendant (Rare) : 3 Wool Thread + 5 Copper Ingot + 3 Brutosaurus Scale + 10 Raw Amber. Gives 4 extra Hearts and 7 Defense. Restores health for a long time.
- Totem of Immortality : 3 Wool Thread + 5 Cut Amber + 5 Obsidian Slab + 1 Sand Brutosaurus Scale. Gives 4 extra Hearts and 7 Defense. Revives after receiving lethal damage. Self-destructs when used.
- Radiant Totem (Rare) : 3 Thick Wool Thread + 3 Arctic Claw + 5 Malachite Slab + 3 Brutosaurus Scale. Gives 4 extra Hearts and 10 Defense. Gains additional health after a few seconds when at full health.
- Pendant of Serenity (Rare) : 3 Thick Wool Thread + 5 Ice Carapace + 1 Sand Brutosaurus Scale + 3 Malachite Slab. Gives 4 extra Hearts and 10 Defense. Increases resistance to hot temperatures.
- Good Luck Pendant : 3 Thick Wool Thread + 5 Raw Amber + 5 Raw Ruby + 5 Raw Sapphire. Gives 4 extra Hearts and 10 Defense. Increases the chance of finding rare loot when digging.
- Regeneration Pendant (Epic) : 3 Thick Wool Thread + 5 Cut Sapphire + 5 Cursed Bone + 1 Ice Brutosaurus Scale. Gives 5 extra Hearts and 14 Defense. Restores health for a long time.
- Health Pendant (Epic) : 3 Thick Wool Thread + 5 Iron Ingot + 3 Arctic Claw + 3 Brutosaurus Scale. Gives us 5 extra Hearts and 14 Defense.
- Pendant of Resistance (Epic) : 3 Thick Wool Thread + 5 Iron Ingot + 5 Malachite Slab + 5 Cursed Bone. Gives 5 extra Hearts and 14 Defense. Grants additional defense for a few seconds after taking damage.
