How to Get EA FC 24 Retro Kits for Real Madrid, Manchester City
Throughout the history of football, there are some team shirts that we will never forget . For example, the historic kit worn by Atlético de Madrid in its first Champions League final (in 1974), or the one worn by Real Madrid in the Décima season.
EA Sports FC 24 brings together the best moments of football, not just today, but also from the past. We have already seen that there are some special kits for clubs such as Real Madrid or Manchester City.
But you may not know that there are up to 17 classic kits for such important clubs as Liverpool, Fiorentina, Monaco or Juventus.
This is ‘Threads of the Past’, a new promo from EA Sports FC 24 that lets you unlock retro kits from some of the world’s top teams.
You can use these kits in Ultimate Team mode to remember the most glorious era of your favourite club. But be careful, because they expire in 15 days .In this EA Sports FC 24 guide, we show you how to get these retro kits from clubs like Real Madrid, Manchester City, Atlético de Madrid or Sporting Lisbon in Ultimate Team.
How to unlock classic kits
Since April 5, EA FC 24 includes a total of 17 retro kits for you to dress up your Ultimate Team squad. Each one commemorates a special year or season for the most iconic clubs in the world.
For example, you can dress your players in the iconic Real Madrid 13-14 kit, or wear the shirt that crowned Porto as Champions League champions in 2004.
All 17 retro kits are available in Ultimate Team, but they expire in 15 days. It should also be noted that they are NOT free , as you will have to pay coins for them.
To purchase these classic kits, follow these steps :
- Enter Ultimate Team mode from the EA FC 24 main menu.
- Select the Store tab .
- Go to the Threads of the Past category and select the kit you want.
- Each retro kit costs 40,000 coins .
Under each shirt’s name, the season/match/iconic moment to which it belongs is indicated. For example, Borussia Dortmund’s 1975-76 shirt commemorates their promotion to the Bundesliga .
