- Scraps of Iron can also be obtained through expeditions(unlocked starting at Adventure Rank 15 ) from the Adventurer ‘s Guild. In some of these expeditions we can send our characters during a certain period of real time so that they return with materials such as white iron. For example, in the Mondstadt region, the Whispering Forest expedition grants between 4 to 5 pieces of iron for 4 hours.
- Iron can also be purchased from the character Shitou, in Liyue, for 120 blackberries (maximum 10 every 3 days).
How to get white iron

Chunks of white iron are commonly found in mines, caves, and near mountainous terrain . Thanks to these you can create some valuable weapons in the forges. It is a somewhat rarer mineral than normal iron, so it has some specific areas where it can be farmed , they are the following:
- Storm Bearer Mountains.
- Storm Bearer Point.
- Kingdom of the Wolves.
- Musk’s Reef.
- Dihua Swamp.
- Windwail Highlands.
- All areas near Qingyun Peak.
Chunks of White Iron can also be obtained from Adventurer Guild expeditions . For example, in the Mondstadt region, the Whispering Forest expedition grants between 2 to 3 pieces of white iron for 4 hours. White iron can also be purchased from the character Shitou , in Liyue, for 400 blackberries (maximum 10 every 3 days).
How to get crystal

The bluish-shining pieces of glass are rarely found in mines, caves, and near mountainous terrain . It is a rare mineral, so if you want to obtain it safely you should visit one of the following areas of the map:
- Storm Bearer Point.
- Stormterror’s Lair.
- Mount Aozang Cave.
- Lingju pass entrance.
Chunks of White Iron can also be obtained from Adventurer Guild expeditions . For example, in the Mondstadt region, the Whispering Forest expedition awards 7 to 8 pieces of glass for 20 hours.
How to get Night Jade
“A rare mineral that glows in the dark. It is said to be a mutated and condensed gemstone from the flourishing elements of the world.”
- Night Jade is bright bluish in color and only appears in the Liyue region.
- Specifically it can be found inside cavesand attached to the walls of the mountains .
- You will also find it in the Mingyun Mining Town, to the east of the region.
How to get Magic Crystal Piece
“These pieces of glass can be refined and turned into Weapon XP Materials using original Resin . Mine crystals that were eroded by ley line energy cannot be processed by ordinary means.”
- In order to find pieces of magic crystal you must have reached Adventure Rank 30at least.
- From this point on, you can start collecting pieces of magic crystal in the mining outcrops of the world, near other normal crystal pieces.
- If you reach reputation level 2in a region, you can talk to certain NPCs to mark the position of nearby mining areas on your map .
- In the Mondstadt region these characters will give you locations:Wagner, Draff, Doolan and Davy.
- In the Liyue region these characters will give you locations:Master Zhang, Iron Shoulder, Pan Guan’er, and Shizhuang the Strong.
How to get Stellar Argento

Trick: Use Ningguang to find minerals
A trick that not many players know is that Ningguang is a special character when it comes to finding minerals such as iron, white iron or crystals. One of his talents will allow you to mark the position of these minerals on your map when you walk near their position (just like Anemoculus or Geoculus naturally do). So if you have Ningguang do not hesitate to use it when you want to go collect minerals around the world, it will be of great help.
