Force iMessage to sync with iCloud on Mac
If you regularly use iMessage, surely at some point you wonder the steps to follow to force the synchronization of iMessage with iCloud on macOS successfully. It is a lake that you might be interested in knowing how to do at some point.
It is useful when iMessages are not synced between Mac, iPhone or iPad . Sometimes it happens and, if you want, you can force said synchronization so that in a matter of seconds everything appears as is, like the last time you used it.
These are the steps to follow:
- Open iMessagefrom your Mac
- At the top click on Messages
- Then click on Preferences
- Select the iMessagetab
- Check the box for Enable Messages in iCloudand select Sync now

In my case, you will see that I have it deactivated because I am not interested. But you will only have to click on ” Activate messages in iCloud ” and then on the button to the right of ” synchronize now ” so that the messages will begin to synchronize manually.
That easy! You will not have to do anything more than this for the synchronization to take place and the same conversations appear on all your devices.
