How to find the miner’s key inside the abyss in Genshin Impact

There are various keys and locked doors deep within The Chasm, but it’s not always immediately clear where to find the keys and which doors each one corresponds to, so we’re here to help. Here’s how to get the miner’s key and where to use it in Genshin Impact .

How to find the miner’s key inside the abyss in Genshin Impact

There’s not much chance you’re going to find this key unless you’re interacting with every glowing dot you see on the ground, so we’re going to show you the right place to look. Go to this location:

Miner’s Key is just north of The Serpent’s Cave, but you don’t actually need to fight this new world boss to get past it. Simply take whatever route takes you around the Ruin Serpent arena.

The key can be obtained by interacting with a glowing dot on a piece of equipment that is stuck on the ground in that path. This is what it will look like, and Kazuha is looking at it directly in the image:

Fortunately, the door you’re looking for isn’t too far away. Continue down that path and destroy the explosive barrels next to a stone wall to open a shortcut to the first area in The Chasm. From there, head to this location to find Treasure Hoarders and a locked door:

Open the door with the miner’s key to get your hands on Lumenspar along with an Orb of the Blue Depths key item that is used to complete another quest. But be careful, because a named enemy, Skeld, will be waiting for you to enter.

That’s everything you need to know about how to get the miner’s key and where to use it within The Chasm in Genshin Impact. Be sure to check out our guide wiki for more tips, tricks, and other item guides as you explore.
