You’ll get “leavings,” a material you can collect for happy animals from time to time. Depending on which animals you have in your Pasture, you’ll be able to get milk, fur, horns, fleece, and more from them.
The main reason you should capture rare animals in Island Sanctuary is the very materials they give. These essential resources can only be used when crafting island-exclusive items you can later sell in your Workshop for Seafarer’s Cowries.
