In Once Human, you can earn energy links by doing pretty much anything, but some ways of getting the currency are significantly more reliable (and yield more) than others.

If you open the map in Once Human and zoom in, you’ll see various points of interest all around. Hover over the different areas to see which ones will provide you with energy links – it turns out most of them do!
Security Silos and Production Facilities are places you should definitely visit whenever you can. Production Facilities will require Keycards or Permits to refine materials like Fuel, Acid, and Stardust Source, but they can also provide you with a lot of EXP and Energy Links.
Similarly, if you visit a Security Silo, you’ll be tasked with clearing a small dungeon and defeating a boss in exchange for new weapon and armor mods, a source of stardust, and most importantly, energy links.

If you press “J” in Once Human, you will be shown the objectives of your journey. Check them regularly, because each task will reward you with energy links.

Check your Weekly Commissions with V
By pressing the ‘Tab’ key and choosing to talk to V, you will be able to see the Weekly Commissions.
You can choose five of eight tasks to complete that week, and completing them will earn you EXP, Energy Links, Starchrom, and other useful consumable items.
Complete assigned tasks and missions.
In Once Human, you’ll quickly accumulate different tasks to complete, so be sure to set aside some time to complete them whenever you can. These often lead you to points of interest worth exploring, but tasks are the most reliable way to acquire lots of energy links with very little work.
Farm and craft… anything
If you have some work to do on your base that you’ve been putting off for whatever reason, it’s worth taking the time to do it if you’re low on energy ties.
Still, crafting any item will allow you to gain energy links little by little. So, if you can automate as many processes as possible so that you can constantly have your item crafting base going, you’ll have a slow but steady income of energy links in the near future.
