After exploring West Liurnia , we headed to a completely new area: the Siofra River, which lies underground . Elden Ring hides a couple of secret areas and one of them is this one. To get there, he simply uses the Siofra River Well , in the eastern Necrolimbo.
A word of warning: don’t activate any of the flames on the pedestals when given the option. We have not come to this… not for now.

Siofra River Map
At the beginning there is no map of any kind . You will have to go straight ahead, either on the left path, or through the ruins, to the top of the hill and go up the stairs next to the waterfall. You will find another elevator that will take you up, also go up this hill. Ignore the runed obelisk and look to the far right .
You’ll find the map fragment in the right column of those stairs.
Hornsacral Terrain
This place is at the southeastern end of the Siofra River, and will be next to you after picking up the map.
There is nothing interesting for you in this place, at least for now.
Bank of the Siofra River
It is located to the west of Hornosacra Terrain , you have climbed through here.
Stone Sword Key in the Aqueduct
Go to this point northeast of Hornsacral Terrain . You will find a draft that will allow you to jump to the remains of the aqueduct to the southeast.
Keep going to the southeast end, until they won’t let you go any further. You will find the Stone Sword Key on a body (with this one, we have 6).
Forest of the Devotees
Follow the east cliff until you see some stone arches , the Place of Grace is under the one that is more to the southeast.
under the well
Go to the extreme northeast of the region. You’ll find the Resting Place to the southwest of the platform.
Clarifying Horny Amulet
Go up the stairs on the platform next to you. The amulet is on a corpse on the steps.
Siofra Deep Well
If you use a Stone Blade Key on the platform elevator next to the Place of Grace, you will activate a shortcut to Caelid . Do it, but don’t go up. You will have 5 keys left.
Great Oracle Bubble
Go to this point south of the Forest of the Devout :
If you look northwest from there , you’ll see that you can climb up a fallen column to the top of some rubble. Use the teleportation portal and you will appear on top of Siofra. Go to the southwest, through the water, and in the gallery full of enemies you will find a bugball that drops Great Oracle Bubble .
Blaidd
If you’ve followed the guide up to this point, you’ll see Blaidd on the southeastern edge of the area, near the point where you jumped into a draft with the horse.
Talk to him until you run out of dialogue options, as usual.
Seluvis Tower
Now you must go to West Liurnia , to Ranni’s Tower . From there, go southeast to reach the Tower of Seluvis .
You will find him on the ground floor, talk to him until you run out of dialogue options. Accept his quest from him, he will give you the Potion of Seluvis . Afterward, you need to ask him about Nokron . He will give you Seluvis’ Letter of Introduction . He climbs to the top of the tower to get a Memory Stone . Go to Post Office Ruins Basement (East Necrolimbo) to talk to Sellen.
Seluvis’ potion
Go to the Round Table and go down the stairs next to the blacksmith . You will find Nepheli sitting on the ground, he talks to her a few times. He goes up to the library and discusses Nepheli’s despair with Gideon. Then you must show him Seluvis’s potion . Give it to him and return to Seluvis .
Before you talk to him , go northeast of Ranni’s Tower. You are looking for a piece of ruins with an invisible floor (shoot an arrow or roll over it to reveal the path). Use this image as a reference, in it we have the camera focused on the tower.
Once down, at the bottom there is another invisible wall . When you get to the secret room… don’t get too creeped out. Don’t try to hit that thing . Return to Seluvis, she will now give you several options. She mentions her room of hers and choose the Ashes you prefer (later you can get the one you don’t choose). You can also buy spells from him , take them all: Carian Circle (12,000 runes), Retaliation of the Caria (9,000 runes), Frozen Crag of Shimmering Stones (7,500 runes), and Glacial Mist (6,000 runes).
We have finished this section. We will return to the Siofra River later , since for now we cannot access all its locations. We are going to Caelid .
