- Go to the Zoom website.

- In the navigation pane, click on “User Management”and then select the “Group Management” option.

- In the “Security” section, you need to check that the “Waiting room” option is enabledfor the group you have selected, and if the setting is disabled, you just need to click the button to enable the waiting room function .
