Most WhatsApp* users have dozens, if not hundreds, of chats. Many are also members of various groups. And in them, people often send all sorts of pictures with congratulations, wishes of “Good morning”, “Have a nice day”, all sorts of jokes, and sometimes videos.
By default, all multimedia content is saved to the smartphone’s memory. It would seem that this is not a problem, because pictures and small videos weigh little. But when there are hundreds (or thousands) of them, the device’s storage quickly fills up.
We tell you how to disable auto-saving of content in WhatsApp*.
