If the temperature continues to rise, you should drink cold water , hydration is very important to regulate body temperature. Another way to maintain a constant temperature of 21ºC is to take cold showers.
The water should be at a temperature that refreshes you, and you should use a mild antibacterial soap for the affected area . Do not scrub with the towel, with gentle touches.
Finally, to relieve the rash, you can use hydrocortisone creams or an aloe vera lotion. This will relieve the itching.
