how to create a real Virtual Showroom

Lookcast presents Virtual Showroom, a project based on the proprietary Lookcast platform, which offers a multi-dimensional navigation (lookbook, shop windows, concept) with the ability to select products and create a wishlist / cart for each customer. Each dimension can be explored through a content-centric path (video, images and 3D) on which specific tags (hotspots) are inserted that allow you to discover the specifications (model-size-color) of the product. The solution allows for tracking of all significant customer interactions

What is Virtual Showroom

The project is not the result of a customization, but of a product configuration . Specifically, Virtual Showroom is based on the Lookcast cloud platform developed in java, javascript and html5, making both the front-end and the back-end compatible on any browser and device .

An internal DAM – Digital Asset Management manages the delivery of content with optimized quality for the target channel. An internal PIM – Product information management, on the other hand, allows archiving and updating of the articles database.

Lookcast promises very short lead times in order to facilitate product availability and the go-live of the Virtual Showroom in a short time .

Integrations with third-party platforms (product data, order entry, co-browsing), can be implemented at a later time in order not to impact the start-up times.
