It includes drawing tools, typography and effects so that your creations are much more personalized, you can add texts and even create or make text with a 3D effect and make incredible designs. In turn, it presents a machine learning system that allows you to make modifications to the images and corrections in their composition either manually or automatically.
Corel Photo-Paint has special effects that you can use to make your creations steal the eyes of the whole world, one of the things you can do and put is the neon lights effect.
How to do it with Corel Photo-Paint?
To know how to change the resolution , the size of the sheet, rotate and duplicate an image in Corel Photo-Paint, choose an image where these options are required to be implemented.
This will have properties that we alter in order to obtain the expected result using the questions that will be answered below. Let’s look at each one in more detail.
How to change the resolution?
If you want to change the degree of quality or sharpness of a bitmap image, what you have to do once the image is chosen is to select “Image”. Located on the top bar.
A list of options will appear, there you must go to «New sampling» . Later, a box will appear that will show two options Image size and Resolution, with which we can modify to our liking.
Three more options are also displayed, such as ” Smooth, Keep Aspect and Keep Original Size” , located in the lower right corner.
If you select “Keep portion”, we will be able to modify the values of the image and in an automated way the other values will be modified proportionally. Changing the resolution of our image will change its size.
If we select “Keep original size”, when making changes to the resolution and size of the image, the size it occupies in memory will be preserved. Click on “OK” to save our changes.
How to change the sheet size?
If you are looking to create space to add a comment or footer, what you have to do is select “Image”, “Paper size”.
A box will be displayed that shows us Width, Height and Size , if we modify any of these options we can see in the preview what the result would be. Now, in the “Position” option, we can choose the location of the image in relation to the changes we have made.
In this way we can center or place towards a specific place according to the list of options shown when clicking. If we like this option, we have the opportunity to change the background color to the new space created in our image. Once the changes are finished, click on «Accept».
How to rotate an image?
Corel Photo-Paint rotate images to give them the position we want by selecting “Image” , “Rotate” . We will have four options 90 ° to the right, 90 ° to the left, 180 ° and customize.
How to duplicate an Image?
What if what you want is a copy of your image in a different file? This is also very simple, go to the top bar, select “Image” , “Duplicate” . Put a new title to your image in “How” then “Accept” and voila, your image has been duplicated successfully.
