Automakers have come to the rescue. So, for buying a used car, a special UKA application from Hyundai appeared. This is the first such official service of the brand, known for other innovative solutions, such as, for example, an online subscription to cars. How does UKA work and what data does it provide? We have collected six questions about the new service and are happy to answer them.

What cars are featured in the app?

Now the application catalog contains about 200 Hyundai cars worth from 150 thousand to 4.6 million rubles. Some of them were received under the Trade-in program, some were cars used in corporate fleets and in the subscription service.

All presented models have been fully tested by official dealers, moreover, buyers will receive data on the technical condition and legal restrictions and their absence for free.

By the way, some Hyundai cars are equipped with a telematics system, which provides not only maximum information about the car, but also the ability for the new owner to control a number of car functions from a smartphone through the Mobikey application. Agree, comfortable?

How do cars pass technical inspection?

Before getting into the application catalog, each car undergoes a serious technical check at the official dealers of the brand. And this check is not limited to external inspection and standard inspection of the chassis, as many people think. Each car must meet quality standards, for this a checklist consisting of 100 points is used.

Official dealers also carry out pre-sale preparation of the car: in addition to bringing an external gloss, it also involves the elimination of some malfunctions detected during diagnostics.

How is the history of a car checked?

Bases of official dealers and distributors of “Hyundai Motor CIS”, traffic police, bailiffs, insurance companies, etc. — Dealer specialists check the history from and to all available sources.

In addition to legal aspects and the geographical movement of the car around the country, tracking accidents and restrictions on registration, upon acceptance, mileage data, correspondence of history and numbers on the odometer are scrupulously checked.

For some cars, the Autocode report is available: the newer the car, the more likely it is to have such a report (it will be available for all cars in the near future).

How to make a purchase online?

For now, buying a used car online requires the UKA app, but in the future it will be possible to do it on the website of the same name .

Download the UKA app from Google Play or AppStore and install it on your smartphone. The application is official and is defined by both stores as completely safe.

We choose the right car. For the convenience of users, a system of filters has been developed. Year of manufacture, mileage, price, color, gearbox, city – just enter important characteristics, and the system will select available cars.

If you have not decided yet, you can use the selections of cars from UKA. Cars are grouped by popular requests. For example, in the application you will find collections of “Hyundai Mobility Park”, “Not older than 3 years” or “Cheaper than 1 million rubles”.

Having chosen a car, we press the “Buy” button and send a request for its availability (during business hours, the process of confirming availability takes up to three hours). Upon receipt of confirmation, you can either book a car for 48 hours by sending an advance payment of 10,000 rubles (it is taken into account in the final cost of the car), or immediately pay the full amount. It is important that the money is not debited from the buyer’s card, but is reserved on it.

After payment, you can come for the car, check everything on the spot and pick up the purchase. The main advantage of booking is that after making an advance payment, the cost is fixed and cannot be changed.

How is the client’s money protected? How safe is it to make payments through the platform?

The issue of the safety of funds and the security of the operation is one of the key ones. That is why the platform has been verified and meets all the security requirements for online payments according to the secure transaction procedure.

The seller will receive the money only if the buyer is completely satisfied with the car, signed all the documents and received the keys. In case of cancellation of the purchase, the prepayment is returned in full, and the frozen amount (subject to full payment) is unblocked on the client’s account.

Where and how to see the car, is it possible to take a test drive?

  5. We look at the list of cars, select those of interest.
  6. We go to the list of specific cars for sale in your region.
  7. We choose a car. Please note: you can immediately see in which dealership the car is located.
  8. We look at the available information about the car. This is primarily a diagnostic card and legal aspects.
  9. We study the complete information about the configuration.
  10. We consider the details. For each car there is a detailed photo gallery indicating problem areas. The ruler allows you to assess the extent of damage.
  11. We read the detailed history. There is not an Autocode report for every car, but where it is, information about the car is as detailed as possible, you can even see the fines of the former owner and draw indirect conclusions about its accuracy.
  12. We press the “Buy” button, if the provided story and the car are completely satisfied, we confirm agreement with the rules – the request goes to the dealer, who confirms the actual availability of the car within three hours. If a request is sent in error, it can be canceled so as not to force the dealer to do extra work.
  13. We pay for the car in full or make an advance payment.
  14. We inspect the car live, sign the documents and pick up the purchase.
