If you need to unblock a previously blocked account, go to the Home tab in the top toolbar and click on the Junk items . > Junk e-mail options (if you do not find the Junk e-mail item , first click on the (…) icon on the right).
In the box that appears, move to the Blocked Senders tab , select the address you wish to unblock and then press the Remove and OK buttons .
Mail (Windows 10/11)

If you intend to block an email address in Gmail and you consult email via the Thunderbird client , you need to configure filters so that messages from the address in question are deleted or moved to spam as soon as they are downloaded from your computer.
To do this, start the program, click on the ☰ icon located at the top right and select the items Tools> Message Filters from the menu that opens. Once in the new window, make sure that your Gmail address is specified in the Filters for drop-down menu and start creating a filter by clicking on the New button .
At this point, indicate the Name of the filter you are about to create (e.g. Block senders ) in the appropriate text box, select the option They meet all conditions , choose the Sender item in the first drop-down menu, enter the item is in the second drop-down menu and, in the text field immediately next to it, type the email to block . If you wish, you can add further senders by clicking on the [+] button immediately adjacent to the field you just filled in.
Finally, choose the options Move the message to and Junk and confirm the activation of the rule by pressing the OK button . If you intend to delete the e-mail instead, select the Delete message item instead . The game is done!
