How to beat the final boss of Stellar Blade

The thing is, the final boss of Stellar Blade can be either Providence or Prime Biotic, depending on your choice at the end of the game.

If you take Adam’s hand and merge with him, the machine Providence will rise up against you, which will be hacked by the Mother Sphere. If you refuse to take Adam’s hand, you will have to fight against the Prime Biotic. As expected, no matter who the final boss is , you will have a difficult battle. In this fight, it is important not only to have a good command of the game mechanics, but also to understand how to act against certain attacks of the boss.

Prime-biotic

To fight the Prime Biote, at the end of the game you need to refuse Adam’s offer at the end of the dialogue and not take his hand. This will lead to the start of the fight.

In the first stage, Adam will not defend or attack, so you will be able to inflict the first defeat on him. After Adam’s health is depleted, the real final boss will appear – Prime Biote. In the battle with him, you will have to face several dangerous attacks, periodically the boss will disappear from the arena . When this happens, be ready for a quick counterattack. Among his attacks are fast series of blows and various attacks at long range, including shooting powerful projectiles. To avoid being hit, use a perfect dodge.

Halfway through the fight, the Prime Biote will begin to activate more powerful attacks, causing explosions and a fatal blow that will kill Eva in literally one hit (if not interrupted in time). When the red exclamation marks appear on the screen, aim at the floating objects and destroy them to interrupt the fatal attack. After that, the boss will fall to the ground, and you can land a few hits. Finishing the battle will require a perfect repetition of the QTE sequence.

Providence

If you accept Adam’s offer and merge with him, you will be confronted by Providence, which contains Lily. Depending on whether you collected all the data to restore Lily’s memory or not, you will receive the good or true ending of the game. The battle with Providence consists of several stages, during which you will have to combine parrying, dodging and ranged attacks.

In the first phase, Providence uses attacks with red, blue, and purple indicators. Red attacks end with a powerful slam on the ground and can be parried, but this is risky, so it is better to retreat. Blue attacks can be countered with the Blink ability, and purple attacks can be countered with a repulse. It is important to be prepared for these attacks, as they can combo with normal attacks.

Providence also uses yellow attacks, such as a strong slam on the ground and a charge release. It is best to avoid these attacks by moving to the side or performing a perfect dodge. One of the boss’s specialties is a charged air strike – you will have a few seconds to prepare and dodge in time.

During the fight, you will also encounter a charging attack, marked with red exclamation marks. If you do not stop it in time, it will lead to instant death. To stop the attack, you need to aim and shoot at the shields located on the sides of the boss. After destroying all the shields, the machine will be temporarily stunned, and you will be able to make several safe hits.

When Providence’s health drops to about a third, a cutscene will start in which Lily will get out of the car (if you restored her memory), but the battle will continue. You will have 2 minutes to finish off the boss, using the new weapon for powerful attacks. The final part of the fight is a QTE sequence, during which you need to quickly press the buttons that appear on the screen.
