There are two options for organizing your email that are similar to the Outlook platform. These are the filters and labels, which allow you to classify the content of each of your emails. Below we present both options so that you can alternate them and use them at your convenience:
Filter emails
Filters in emails are a powerful tool that will allow you to save time, sort, classify received letters by subject , but you can also reject those that are not of interest to you and that repeatedly arrive in your mailbox. With the use of this tool you will be able to focus on the topics of your interest and plan your calendar as in Google Calendar to be much more productive.
To the procedure that we present at the beginning of this article, there is a quick alternative that you can do by clicking on the icon that appears next to the search box, a window will be displayed at the bottom of which is the ‘Create filter’ button, click Click on it and configure the filter according to your preferences.
Create labels
The first thing you must do is log in to your email , once in the inbox, select the email you want to classify , right click on it.
In the drop-down menu, select the ‘Label as’ option , again another drop-down window will appear in which the labels already created or new ones can be generated. Select the alternative you want and if by chance you ran out of internet use the offline method.
