How does Muhammad (pbuh) prove the existence of Allah?

There are very important criteria and criteria that determine the value of our Prophet (pbuh) in the eyes of humans, angels, spiritual beings and, above all, Allah (swt). Undoubtedly, the first of these value elements is that He (PBUH) explains the secrets of the creation of the universe, the person of God Almighty (cc), his attributes and names, and the meanings expressed by the words and verses of the book of the universe.

Because the human mind is incapable of understanding why the universe was created and what it means. Whatever the mind says in this valley, whatever opinion it expresses or whatever meaning it comes up with, it will not go further than a claim or guess. It is obvious how those who engage in philosophy and accept the mind as a central and independent thinking tool have gotten stuck in a vortex with their ideas about the secrets or formation of the universe and how they are suffocating people.

Because they accept reason as the basis and deprive them of revelation, they have shattered people’s minds into a thousand pieces. They could not find the vent of truth because the path they opened was dark and thick curtains fell in front of those who walked there. Some hit their heads on a natural rock. Some drowned in the relentless mud of matter. Some were swept away by the winds of chance and disappeared. Since some of these ideas did not satisfy them, they tried to breathe easy by denying themselves and the universe. In the words of Bediuzzaman Said Nursi, the Sophists “resigned from reason and approached reason to a certain extent.” Because a mind that thinks in a directional way cannot go into denial. These two are opposites like light and darkness, it is unthinkable for them to exist together at the same time.

Here, prophets (pbuh) were sent to teach people the wisdom and secrets of the creation of the universe and to make people act in accordance with their creation.

In addition, one of the duties of people is to know and understand the divine names and attributes correctly and to act accordingly. Because, in the Holy Quran

“I created the jinn and humans just so that they could know Me and worship Me alone.” (Zariyat, 51/56)

It is stated. As is clearly understood from this verse,

“The wisdom and purpose of sending humans to this world; It means knowing the Creator of the Universe, believing in him and worshiping him. And the duty of that human being, his nature and duty, is knowledge of Allah and faith in God, and to confirm his existence and unity with clarity and certainty.” (Rays, p.100)

Yes, of course, there is belief in Allah (cc) in religions that are originally divine religions but have been corrupted over time. However, most of those who follow these religions make mistakes in their attributes even though they know the existence of Allah (cc). While some – God forbid – attribute children to Allah (swt), others say, “Angels are the daughters of Allah.” adopted the idea. Some ignore names such as Kahhar and Muntakim, which are among the Almighty names of Allah, and say , “Allah does not burn the creatures He created.” By saying this, they easily caused people to fall into sin and debauchery.

The situation and ideas of those who do not benefit from heavenly religions and revelation, but try to reach God with their minds, are a disaster for both themselves and the poor people who follow them. Because, such intellectuals accept that “just as a village cannot be without a headman, a needle without a master, or a letter clerk, this magnificent and wonderful universe cannot be without an owner either.” However, they cannot make accurate decisions and judgments about the names and attributes of the master who created the universe.

Because, although such philosophers necessarily accepted the existence of Allah (swt), some of them claimed that He (swt) was in need of causes and means. Others, God forbid, attributed the idea that “a person can only do one thing at a time”, which is valid for humans , to Allah (swt). Another part says, “Ten minds rule the universe.” By saying this, they accepted that Allah (swt) is the creator and principal in the management of the universe, but they strongly argued that he manages the universe with the help of ten minds that Allah (swt) created.

About such philosophers who accept the existence of Allah (cc) but argue that he needs partners in his actions and take the name of Ishrakiyyun, Bediüzzaman says:

“If the Ishraqiyyun, the higher part of the ruling, could do this; “You can compare how much they will do to the lower parts such as Maddiyyun and Tabiyyun.” (Words, p.542)

By saying this, he revealed how perverted they were in terms of ideas.

God Almighty created this universe because He wanted to make Himself known to those with consciousness. Because, in a hadith sacred,

“I was a hidden treasure. I wanted to be known, I created the creation.” It is commanded. (Acluni, II / 132)

Even if people find Allah (cc) with their minds, it is certain that they will make serious mistakes about His attributes. For this reason, prophets (pbuh) are needed for people to obtain correct and accurate information about God Almighty (cc).

One of the basic duties of humans is to read the book of the universe correctly. Because the book of the universe was written to be read and learned from. Because the book of the universe is like an archive of information for all kinds of studies and predictions to be made to understand the attributes and names of our Lord and the purposes of creation of the universe and man. Reading this book will be in two ways:

a. Or, it is trying to read in an environment where we only try to illuminate our way with the torch of our mind and there are no teachers to explain us how to read. We believe that reading in such a style does not lead people to the correct conclusion. Because the issue of what the book of the universe means is like a riddle or the book of the universe is like a closed treasure. If there is no one who can solve this riddle or a key that can open the treasure, it is not possible to reach the correct conclusion. Because, in the words of the great Master;

“If an incomprehensible book were without a teacher, it would remain just a meaningless piece of paper.” (Words, p.122)

b. Or trying to read it with the help of people who know the meaning of this book and can convey what it means. This kind of reading will, of course, lead us to the correct conclusions and meanings.

The most direct and accurate readers and teachers of the book of the universe are the prophets. Allah (cc) has given them the keys to all the secret vaults in the treasury of the universe. Studies and analyzes to be carried out without consulting them and getting help from them, even if they have a scientific meaning in appearance, will be aimed at explaining the outer appearance of the universe rather than its secrets in terms of truth and nature.

Because there are two ways to look at the universe and existing things. Firstly, what we call the meaning of the word is “to look at the existing things at the expense of the existing ones” , that is, when evaluating things and creatures, we only focus on the properties and attributes they have. The intentions and wishes of its masters and creators are not taken into account at all. The second is “to look at existing things on behalf of Allah (swt)” , which is called its literal meaning . In other words, creatures are evaluated in line with the purposes and attributes of the Creator. Why did Allah (cc) create this thing? And what names and attributes did Allah (cc) manifest in this thing? It means measuring and evaluating things from such angles. Prophets (pbuh) were sent so that people could evaluate the universe not for the sake of the universe but for the sake of Allah (swt) and to correctly read the meanings and meanings that this book wants to express. As a result, in terms of these essential duties of the prophets that are being tried to be explained, the most perfect and most worthy person for this duty is undoubtedly Hz. Muhammad (pbuh) .

We will try to explain this issue under three basic headings. 1. Hz. Muhammad (pbuh) is the Key to the Enigma of Creation and the Talisman of the Universe! He has the knowledge and ability to satisfy all centuries and levels of humanity in the field of “discovering the enigma of creation and revealing the secrets of the universe” , which is one of the basic duties of the prophets. Muhammad (pbuh). Because the explanations and medicines brought by other prophets (pbuh) were of a quality that would feed and heal their own nations and their own centuries. However, our Prophet (pbuh), who is the master of the universe, is the absolute heir to the knowledge and worship of all previous prophets ( Sözler, p.428 ), and he is also the master and teacher of all people who will come after him until the end of time. For this reason, God Almighty (cc) revealed the secrets of the entire universe to the Lord of the Universe (pbuh) both through the Quran and Miraj.

Because the All-Wise Qur’an is a heavenly book that provides both the most accurate and most explanatory information about the purpose and reality of the universe. On this subject, Bediuzzaman’s statements and findings, which we will simplify as follows, are very meaningful:

“Let’s assume a very large, strange and extraordinarily wide tree, that tree is hidden under a wide curtain of unseen and secrecy. As it is known, there is a relationship, harmony and order between all the limbs of a tree, such as its branches, fruits, leaves and flowers, just like the members of a human being. Each part takes a shape according to the nature of that tree; “

Now, if someone were to draw a picture suitable for each of its branches, fruits and leaves on the screen of that tree, which is never seen and hidden, and fill it with pictures that would show the shape and form of all its limbs between the beginning and the end, which are very far from each other, Of course, there is no doubt that that painter saw that hidden tree with his unseen eye and depicted it after encompassing it.”

“Just like in this example, the All-Wise Quran maintains compatibility in its statements about the truth of the universe and gives each element a worthy representation. He used very balanced expressions in his presentation. The truth of the universe is the issues that extend from the beginning of the world to the very end of the afterlife and spread from the highest level to the lowest, from the atoms to the sun. As a result of their research, all researchers, when faced with these descriptions of the Quran, said : “Masha’Allah, God bless you; you are the only one who discovered and revealed the talisman of the universe and the secrets of creation, O Holy Quran!” They said.” (Words; p.435)

2. It is the discovery of the secrets of the Divine Names.

Each name and attribute of God Almighty is like endless treasures and treasures. For example, the attribute Hayat , which is Subuti , is the source of all adjectives and other nouns. The attributes of Power, Knowledge and Will are the basis of the creation of all beings. The attribute of Kalam is the source of revelations, inspirations and all speeches. It is the Prophet Muhammad who made all these attributes known to us. Muhammad (pbuh).

The Personal attributes that our Lord possessed in eternity are like completely different treasures. The correct discovery of the attributes of Existence, Severity, Survival, Resurrection, Opposition and Unity , the Qur’an and its revelation, is Fahr-i Universe (pbuh).

Every action in the universe is based on a Divine name. For example, the creation of beings is Halik, their training is Rabb , their adornment is Müzeyyin, their animation is Muhyi, their sustenance is Rezzak , rotations are Müdevvir, colors are Mülevvin , etc. each of the endless acts in the universe occur through Divine names. Because the action cannot be done without a perpetrator.

Since God Almighty is eternal and eternal, the treasures of His names are endless and inexhaustible. Although every being He creates bears witness to His beautiful names, the treasures in His names are not comparable to these creatures. Hz. who conveyed and introduced to us the ninety-nine names of Allah (cc) and the one thousand and one names mentioned in Cevşen-i Kebir. Muhammad Mustafa (pbuh).

3. He is the Interpreter of the Verses of the Book of the Universe.

The universe is a book and this book was written to be read and understood. Its words are composed of embodied letters. This book is like a treasure full of meaning. Because, the book of the universe is one of the primary introducers that introduce our Lord to us. Just as the All-Wise Quran with every verse and the Prophet Muhammad. With every miracle that Muhammad (pbuh) showed, they introduce us to Allah (cc). So, everything in the book of the universe shows us God. Here is the greatest Master, Hz., who reads the verses of the book of the universe towards us. Muhammad (pbuh).

For example, people ask each other in astonishment, “What are you?” Where are you coming from? Where will you go?” Terrible and difficult questions such as these could only be answered by prophets who were fed by divine revelation, and foremost among them was the Prophet Muhammad. Muhammad (pbuh) was able to answer. Because the most detailed answer to every subject and every question is available in the Quran and hadiths. Moreover, what these beings mean and what duty they are engaged in have been explained by our Prophet (pbuh). For example, the sun is not a big piece of fire,On the contrary, it was specifically emphasized that it was a lamp and a stove.

He is the most honorable of all creatures, the most beloved servant of Allah, and the one who loves Allah the most and is devoted to Him, who reveals with sharp and convincing explanations the things that come to this world and then disappear after staying for a while, why they were created and where they will go. The one who is most afraid is Hz. Muhammad (pbuh).
