To record a  video conference  follow the step by step provided below:

  1. You must enter your Gmail email. Once there you must go to the Google applications that are in the upper right. Then click there and search for the Google Meet app.
  2. Click there again and the Google Meet home screen will appear , where you can schedule the meeting quickly or you have the option to click on “start or join a meeting”, proceed to click there, start meeting.
  3. Proceed to write the name of said meeting. Click next and your camera and microphone will be activated, as well as the preview. And you must click on ” Join now .”
  4. Upon entering you will be able to add people , and by copying the link they will be able to resend said invitation by various methods: Gmail, WhatsApp and Messenger. Or on the other hand, if you have the emails of the waiting participants, you can also add them from there.
  5. To record our videoconference you must click on the 3 points of ” more options ” that appears in the lower left.
  6. When you enter there you will find the first option ” Record meeting “, click there, and it will ask for your consent, click on accept. Something that we must emphasize is that the consent is so that all participants are aware that they were recorded.
  7. Now, if on the other hand you want to stop the recording again, click on “more options” and proceed to click to stop recording . And a confirmation window will be displayed, you must confirm and the videoconference recording will stop.
