Home remedies to avoid sunstroke

In the summer season, the risk of heatstroke increases due to hot air and increasing temperature. Lack of water and salt is the biggest cause of heatstroke. During summer, a lot of sweat is released from the body, large amount of fluid is released from the body in the form of sweat. Due to which there is lack of water and salt in the body. Fever, temperature, headache, dizziness, fatigue, weakness, difficulty in breathing and body cramps occur with increasing temperature of the body. You can use home remedies to avoid heat stroke.

Home remedies on heatstroke –

  • Onion is one of the best remedies for treating LU. Apply onion juice behind your ear and on the chest. It helps in lowering your body temperature. You can eat raw onion salad by eating it.
  • Tamarind helps to cure fever caused by heat stroke. Boil one cup of water and add some tamarind to it and leave it for some time. After that, sieve it by hand and sieve and then add sugar according to your taste in this tamarind juice and drink it.
  • Mix a little sugar in the juice of fresh coriander or mint leaves and drink it twice a day. Apart from this, make a sauce of coriander and mint leaves and eat it. It helps in lowering your body temperature.
  • Raw is an effective remedy for the treatment of common heat stroke. Boil raw mangoes and then soak them in cold water. After that, mix cumin, salt, jaggery, black pepper and coriander powder in raw mango pulp and dissolve it in water. To avoid the symptoms of heat stroke, consume this syrup 3-4 times a day.
  • Regularly consuming watermelon, cucumber or cucumber during summer helps prevent heat stroke.
  • Buttermilk helps in reducing the rising heat in the body. Mix a little salt in buttermilk and drink it three to four times a day.
  • Mix a little sugar in the juice of basil leaves and eat. It is a good home remedy for treating LU.
  • Coconut water, glucose water and vine or lemon syrup should be drunk to avoid heat stroke.
