The Factory is a linear city map with only two control points, one on each side. The factory map is unique in that O1 and O2 are connected together through a series of large factory buildings with multiple floors and rooftop access. This creates interesting moments for the infantry. Also skydivers can be very helpful. There are three anti-aircraft guns throughout the map that players can use to fire at planes. The points are located in a valley surrounded by high hills, so you will have to face sniper fire. There are bicycles throughout the map that can be used to move the infantry quickly. Another unique feature of this map is that there are quite a few Panzerfaust 60s on the roofs of the control points.
Scheme of the map “Factory”
Line A
Line A starts in an area with a small barn and shack. A railroad that runs parallel to the regular road to A2, behind which players can hide. However, this also makes it difficult for vehicles to cross by rail, since they are clearly visible, and there are only a few crossing points through A2. As usual, there are ammo boxes and storage containers for the Panzerfaust 60. There are also several bicycles on the A1. Quite often, players run up to a large hill on the A1 side and start shooting from a long distance. This can wreak havoc on an attacking team that needs a lot of soldiers at the very point of capture. The hills also provide good cover for tanks, so they will be frequent visitors there too. The best option would be to get to A2 as quickly as possible.
The next point in line A will again have to be captured as quickly as possible. At point A2 there is a building that provides good cover from the balconies on the second floor. The point has three entrances for regular infantry – two on the A1 side and one closer to A3. It is also fairly easy to defend inside, thanks to the many hiding places. In addition, the main entrance is protected from sniper fire and tanks by boxes and several pipes. Of course, there is another way to get into the building for paratroopers – a hole in the roof of the building, inaccessible to ordinary infantry. Skydivers can also land on balconies and approach from the second floor. It is noteworthy that in the building on A2 there is a room with boxes, which is usually used for a surprise attack on soldiers who are capturing the point. This room also has a supply crate, but no Panzerfaust 60 crate. Bicycles are located near the rear entrance closer to A3. At the same time, there are no stairs outside to get to the second floor.
Heores & Generals
The final point on line A is difficult to reach from A2. There are not many shelters between these two points, the circle will be full of enemy snipers, machine gunners and tanks. Point A3 has three (technically four) entry points that normal infantry can enter. There is one entrance closer from the A2 side, closer to the O2 side, and finally there is a staircase that players can use on the side of the building to access the second floor of A2. The fourth entry point is on the roof of the building where there is a hole. You can survive a fall if you have full health, but it will most likely kill you anyway. However, the hole can be used to kill enemies inside. It is very difficult to enter the building from the A2 side as there are many hiding places inside, so you will probably be killed by the defenders from the inside. The most effective way to capture A3 is by flanking the rear entrance stairs and surprising enemies. If you climb the stairs to the second floor, there is a window hole inside, from which the first floor A3 is clearly visible. So you can kill the defenders who guard the entrance. There are several bicycles that appear on the side closer to the O2. There is a supply crate in the adjacent building on the A3 closer to O2. There are many boxes and pipes that will cover you pretty well on the way from point A3 to the box. Don’t linger on the roof, as there may still be snipers on the hills. which appear on the side closer to O2. There is a supply crate in the adjacent building on the A3 closer to O2. Line B
B1 is a difficult time to start. It is full of hills on either side with a decent amount of foliage and rocks. Vehicles are mostly rushing towards B2 in the first place, so as not to get stuck in a dead end between B1 and B2. As usual, there is a supply crate and a Panzerfaust 60 crate. There are also some bicycles on the B1. Many players tend to stop in the hills and shoot from there instead of attacking. In fact, you need to capture B2 as quickly as possible, there are many good shelters and you can gain a foothold. On the top of the hills, there may be tanks along with snipers. When approaching B2, a wall and a large building will appear, providing good cover from defenders’ fire. And believe me, you don’t want to get stuck in the valley hiding from snipers.
Heroes & Generals
B2 is unique. It is a three storey building with a garage connected to it. B2 has three main entry points and, as usual, skydivers can land on rooftops and enter from rooftops. There is also a supply box on the second floor and an anti-aircraft gun on the roof. The point itself is difficult to defend as there is very little cover in the buildings and the radio room is fairly open. The first entry point is connected to the garage and is a small doorway that is closer to B1 by the hill. The next entrance is next to the road near the wall. It is much more difficult to get here, as players will face tanks and sniper fire without cover. The last entry point is the garage doors, which are closer to B3. This means that you have to somehow get there before the defenders. Vehicles can get inside building B2, which makes some interesting tactics available. There are also several bicycles nearby.
B3 is an open point. There is not much cover for the infantry, and tanks and snipers have a huge advantage in terms of protecting this point. There is one supply crate at this point. The pipes will be able to provide some cover. Also, the fences near this point cannot be destroyed. However, this also makes grenades very effective when thrown from outside. Better to try to complete this task quickly and jump to O1 quickly.
Control points
O1 is a large warehouse with tons of boxes and conveyor belts. There are many hiding places in the building, including the second floor scaffolding. There are three main entry points at O1. The first entrance is at ground level closer to the B3 side. There are many hiding places when entering a building, so it’s easy enough to enter it if you were able to get to the building in the first place at all. The space between B3 and O1 is a well-open area and can be shot by snipers and tanks. The next entry point is on the B3 side with a staircase to the second floor. There is a door that leads to the scaffolding with a staircase down. Going along this route is very dangerous, as you are highly vulnerable to defenders from the first floor. The last entrance is through the O2 on the second floor. Next, the player will be able to get to the roof of O1 along the stairs, from where the enemies are clearly visible and it is convenient to throw grenades into the thick of the battle. On the roof there is a Panzerfaust 60 crate, a supply crate, and an anti-aircraft cannon located between O1 and O2. There are not many shelters on the roof, so it is better not to stand at full height.
Heroes & Generals
The center of the map contains points O2 and O1, which are linked through a series of tiered factories. The O2 has four main entrances. The first entrance is located on the A3 side. This route can be difficult as the defenders will often already be inside and there are many hiding spots on both floors. The interior of the O2 contains many machines, pipes, mountains of coal, scaffolding on the second floor, and a room that connects to other factories. The next entry point is on the same side of the A3, but involves climbing stairs. You can exit from the first floor or enter the O2 point through the second floor doorway located near the anti-aircraft cannon. You can also climb directly to the roof. There is a hole through which the defenders are clearly visible. Moving further along the roof, you can notice another entrance door on the lower scaffolding, this path leads to the inner part, which connects to the second floor part of the points O2 and O1. You can also go down the stairs to the second floor above the O2 point. There are two supply crates near O2, one on the roof and one on the very spot. The last entry to the point is located on the opposite side of the other entry points. On the roof of the O2 building, you can find crates of Panzerfaust 60 scattered across the ledges. There are also bicycles around the O2 point. There are many hiding spots inside the O2 point. It should be noted that it is quite difficult to take the point this time, as the point’s capture radius is quite small and requires you to be in a small space with no cover. The O2 point provides a unique gaming experience as tanks and aircraft become almost useless and mostly depends on the combat of regular infantry. which connects to a part of the second floor of points O2 and O1.
