Stormshroud Castle
Climb up the slope until you see the Place of Grace Stormshroud Main Gate . Go through the door next to the portcullis and a character will catch your eye, it’s Gostoc . Agree to go through the hole (you won’t survive the front door).

Climb up the rocks in front of you. Start up and climb the wooden scaffolding, watching out for the three guards above . Halfway up as you go up, you’ll see a body with the Damaged Leather Shield on it .
Once at the top, go around the keep, take out the guard above it and take the Golden Rune [2] before entering. He explores the ground floor, taking out two soldiers and a larger one, with an axe, at the bottom, behind the boxes. You will find the Sharp Claws weapon . Go up the stairs you just saw. Be careful , don’t go up to the barrels, a soldier will throw bombs that will make them explode. Kill him and the one in the background with arrows or magic.
Once up there, you will see some Throwing Daggers at the bottom, next to the locked door . Go up the part that is behind you. If you jump into the hole on the right wall, you will find Santa Trina’s Arrow , then go inside and follow the platform. There are more Throwing Daggers on the left, and a flaming Butterfly at the tunnel entrance. Watch out for the soldier in the background, he will blow up the barrels in your path. Go to where the enemy was, turn around and eliminate another one. Do not see if they are heavy.
If you open the door next to you, they’ll lock you in with a rather bad-tempered gentleman. Finish him off and open the chest at the bottom to pick up the Curved Sword Talisman as well as the Rusty Body Key. Go back to the closed door from a moment ago, now you can open it and go up the stairs. In the hallway, look to the right. There are two enemies, but be careful not to fall down , you have to jump to get to them.
At the bottom you will see an item, Fire Fat . Go back and go to the other side of the hall. Be careful because there will be an enemy around the corner . Finish him off and go up the stairs. Stab the crouching enemy and grab the Silver Macerated Bird’s Foot before exiting onto the balcony. Continue up the stairs. Duck when you get to the top and don’t turn left. You will see another knight like the one before, but with a halberd.
Wait for him to turn his back on you, stab him, and then use the elevator shaft as an obstacle to riddle him with arrows or magic (or suck him if you feel like it). Then go up the stairs. If you jump over the elevator shaft, you will be able to get Threaded Fire Grease . Don’t keep going up, go to the end of the corridor and turn left to find the Grace Place Defense Tower .
Now go up the stairs to the elevator shaft, take out the enemies and go out onto the rooftops. A guard will blow the trumpet and everyone will come for you. With the area cleared, go up to the wooden platform and pick up the Golden Rune [2] .
Return to the Place of Grace and exit to the wall. There will be three hawks , kill them one by one. Go to the bottom, beware of the rest of the hawks, and take the Forging Stone [2] behind the barrels. Go down the next stairs, take the Golden Rune [2] and go back to the balcony of the Place of Grace. Look to the right and down. You will see a roof that you will reach by jumping .
Take out the falcon above and you’ll find a body with the Cross-Legged Noddle emote . Go back and, on the roof that connects the two roofs, look down. On one side is a mist gate, on the other a terrace where you can reach, move forward and drop down. Be careful because there is another giant soldier from before.
After finishing them off, turn around and go around the corner to the point you came down from. Drop down to the lower level, pick up the Umbrastone Forge [2] and use a Stone Keyblade to remove the mist in the background. He walks in and finishes off the two soldiers with an axe . In this room you can pick up an Iron Sharpening Blade , the Mercy Weapon and the Falcon Crested Wooden Shield .
There is nothing interesting on the other side of the door, go back and turn right. When you enter, the tutorial bug will appear . Let’s do it the dirty way: back up and he won’t be able to cross the door , so you can take the opportunity to riddle him with arrows.
Under the painting in the hall you will find the Ax of the Highlands , pick it up and notice that there are four exits : one to the right of the door you entered through, one right next to it, one to the left of the painting, and one to the right. right. Start with the one across from where you entered. You will find some zombie dogs .
After eliminating them, take the Golden Rune [1] , the Memory of the Chrysalises and the Piece of Meat . The other door takes you to an elevator that activates the shortcut to the Defense Tower. Take the opportunity to go to the Cabin on Stormy Hill . Talk to Roderika and give him the Keepsake of the Chrysalises . Talk to her a few times, she will say that the Round Table is leaving . He travels there and talks to her, by the fireplace. He will give you a Golden Seed .
Go back to the Defense Tower and go to the box from before. Go to the right, where there are some wooden stairs . There are more enemies, including one of the big soldiers, finish them off. In the knight’s room, behind the raised table, there is a chest with a Mimic Veil . Exit through the door at the back and go into the next room. From the gallery you can shoot two enemies , one across the room and one down the hall.
Go through the door to the far left, in the next room you will find a Golden Rune [2] on a body. Proceed through the other door carefully: outside is a normal soldier and another outlaw knight, the giant soldiers. Go straight ahead, ignore the ladder and through the archway in the background, turn left twice . You will arrive at a church.
Talk to the NPC in the background, it’s Rogier , who we summoned a while ago. Tell him you ‘re coming for Godrick . After the talk, you will be able to purchase Ashes of War , specifically Pebble of Stones (1,500 runes), Cryan Greatsword (2,500 runes), and Spinning Weapon (1,000 runes). If you can, take it all.
The ladder takes you back towards the Defense Tower. Rest and go back to the painting room , this time we go to the left.
Eliminate the enemy from the catwalk and, from the door at the back, attract the enemies from outside to finish them off little by little. If you dare to go out without more, they will riddle you. When the area is safe, exit and turn left . You will see some stairs to a basement. Kill the rats and get the Fireproof Dried Liver .

It’s time to go back to the courtyard infested with enemies , kill them and be careful to the north : there is a giant enemy, you better catch him with as few annoying enemies as possible around. Go up the stairs after the ogre, go to the bottom and enter the left door. You will find the Place of grace Chamber next to the elevator . Return to the Place of Grace and you will see an open gate . Activate the lever and you will bring up an elevator that will take you upstairs.
Get out and go the only way possible. After going through the archway down the stairs, he looks to the right . There’s a bugball down below that will drop the Ash of War: Stormcaller .
Go back upstairs and kill all the living jars . Be careful because a giant one will appear. Afterward, collect the two Cracked Jars . On the bichobola there is a platform with some Kukri . Go through the door below, ignore the golden mist , and activate the Hidden Cell Resting Place . At this point we are going to complete some secondary activities instead of advancing to the boss through the mist. He goes out into the hallway and kills the ogre outside .
You can kill him with arrows, as long as you pay attention to his scream, which works as a projectile. He kills a couple more soldiers, then goes down and grabs the Golden Seed from the golden tree.
If you go to the bottom, you will see two falcons . If you continue through there you will reach the courtyard, but if you look in the left corner, you will see a room . Go inside to talk to Nepheli Loux . He talks to her until she runs out of dialogue and picks up the Forging Stone [1] from a corner. Go back to the Chamber next to the elevator , we are going to find a secret secondary area in the castle.
Go down the stairs, kill the ogre with the machete and look to your right . You will see a door and a painting at the bottom. She interacts with him to get the “Prophecy” Painting .
Return to the courtyard, clear the area and go down the slope of the main arch . You’ll have to be careful, because after the stone arch there are at least two giant ballistae . Hurry down, kill the enemies on the other side of the arch and you’ll be in a garden . Finish off the enemies and go to the stone arch to your left , at the top of some steps. Be careful because you will be attacked by a huge beast , quite agile but easy to eliminate with your wolves.
Now yes, cross the stone arch, go straight and you will reach the Place of grace Bridge of the Necrolimbo tower . Go up the stairs and get the Flare Dragon Talisman . The path beyond takes you to a bridge with Guardian Golems and the Holy Tower of Necrolimbo , which is closed for now. Go back to the patio. We are looking for another entrance with stairs going down . You will find it just to the right of the portcullis , the main entrance. Run away so the ballistae don’t hit you (or take out the marksmen).
There you will find the Place of Grace Chamber next to the door and a lever to raise the portcullis from the front door. If you drop down the hole, you will reach Gostoc, the NPC we met at the beginning. Now he sells you items . Nothing particularly relevant, of course, but it’s always useful.
The moment has come. Go to the Hidden Cell , approach the mist and make sure to summon Nepheli Loux, the warrior , before crossing it. Laughter is coming and better than someone else hear the joke.
- How to defeat Godrick
After combat, activate Godrick’s Place of Grace, the Grafted . Rest and an NPC will appear in the background, Gostoc, talk to him before going up to the throne room. Godrick’s Great Rune
Godrick’s Great Rune is disabled, but you can get it up and running by going to Necrolimbo’s Tower Bridge . Cross the bridge to the northeast, use the teleporter, and this time the door to the tower will open.

Head into the Chamber by the elevator and out into the courtyard. We have left one last area before moving on to the next map.
