Update 1.4 has finally been released for Genshin Impact, and the Windblume festival itself is officially underway in Mondstadt. Like the Lantern Rite event, there are quite a few new activities to get involved in, and there’s also a new event store with tons of goodies to buy. Here’s how to get the Windblume Ode to Genshin 4-star impact bow .
Obtain the Ode Windblume
The Windblume Ode is a new 4-star bow that you can get in Genshin Impact, and it will only be available for the duration of the event.
If you hit the Esc key and go to the Event panel, click on the Event Store and you should see the Windblume Ode available for 700 special collaboration coupons.
The description of the weapon is as follows:
“After using an elemental ability, gain a buff from Windblume’s Ancient Wish, increasing ATK by 16% for 6 seconds.
A nameless flower-adorned ribbon that carries the sincere hopes of an equally anonymous person.
On top of that, you also need to purchase a Special Weapon Refinement item from the Event Shop if you want to upgrade it.
Visible Winds is available for 500 coupons each, which means you’ll need to fully participate in the Mastery Challenge if you want to buy everything from the store.
The Windblume Ode is decent, but the edge itself isn’t exactly that great. The damage boost only lasts for six seconds, and only after using your elemental ability.
Other than that, bow users are generally not used as main DPS characters at a party, so the damage boost could be wasted on them.
With that in mind, while it’s a decent enough bow to slap a character, you’d probably be better off with something like Rust or Stringless.
