Thus, GeForce NOW RTX 3080 will be available through a new tier or subscription plan within the GeForce NOW platform that will allow playing in 1440p at 120 FPS on PC and Mac , and 4K HDR at 60 FPS on Nvidia SHIELD devices. In Android terminals, smartphones that can support it will also have the possibility of playing at 120Hz and 120 FPS rates.

This improvement in performance, together with the new Adaptive Sync technology, allows to obtain the lowest latency times seen to date in the world of cloud gaming. As indicated by Nvidia, this means going from latencies of 200 milliseconds to latency times below 60ms , which in practice means matching or even exceeding the response times of playing a game locally with a console or PC. “conventional”.
