Forza Horizon 4 is here, and as the biggest installment to date it is sure to attract new drivers, as well as other veterans. Whether you are a fan from the beginning of the saga or a newcomer, we have a series of tips for you.
General advice
Adjust, adjust, adjust
One of the things that Forza Horizon 4 does best is to offer all the necessary adjustments so that the experience is adapted to each user .
The first thing is to modify the settings. There you can not only modify the difficulty of the Drivatars (artificial intelligence), but also the aids we want. From activating tracing aid to engine damage and wheel wear. Try, experiment and find out what is your ideal configuration .
The second thing is to modify your car. Each car can be modified to increase its characteristics, but its configuration can also be adjusted. If you have a few cars that you drive frequently, it’s a good idea to spend some time polishing your answers .

Finally, remember that there are small adjustments , such as allowing other cars – users – to interact with you online , which can be deactivated to avoid distractions.
Choose your way
Unlike previous installments, now you can choose which tests you can take and move forward without restrictions. Each mini-campaign has a level system that allows us to unlock things – clothes, phrases for multiplayer chat, spins of the roulette … – but we do not have to complete the Horizon festival seasons as before. Obviously, we encourage you to try everything, but if there is some type of test that you do not like, you can ignore it and focus on the ones that do .
Use the drone
Even if you think you don’t need it, the drone is a very useful tool. When we arrive in a new area we can use the drone to discover and mark on the map posters of influence or fast travel, radars or jump tests, quickly and comfortably. Keep an eye on the stations
Now we have an additional component that adds to the gameplay: the seasons of the year. Each affects driving (rain, snow, dry terrain), but also includes championships, tests, and unique abandoned cars.
