How to make a fire resistance potion in Minecraft?
Before you start brewing potions, we recommend that you get the basic items for your character. They will be needed in any case, since without them you won’t be able to brew potions. Specifically, you need to have the following with you or at home:
- A brewing stand (or, more simply, a potion brewer).
- Potion flasks (many also call them vials).
- Blaze Powder (serves as fuel for the potion brewer).
Fire Resistance Potion
It is a basic version of a fire resistance potion. It imposes the “Fire Resistance” effect on the character after use, lasts for 3 minutes and protects the character from damage caused by fire (including protection from lava). And to create it, in addition to the items presented above, you will also need to have:
- Lava Cream (also called “magma clot” but also mined from lava cubes).
- Crude Potion (crafted from Nether Wart Seeds and flasks filled with water).

- Place the lava cream in the top center slot.
