Female Orgasm: how to reach orgasm with ease!

If you find it difficult to reach orgasm, or even if you have never tasted this taste or want it once in your life, know that you are not alone.

Reaching orgasm with ease is a privilege of few women.

The good news is that it is possible to achieve pleasure with training, exercises and self-knowledge.

First of all you need to know how the physiology of orgasm works and deconstruct some taboos that involve the subject.

I recently wrote another article talking about anorgasmia and the factors that can cause difficulty in reaching orgasm. Spend there to read it later.

How orgasm physiology works

Orgasm happens when there is a physical stimulus, which triggers a trigger in the brain that releases an explosion of hormones to your body and causes very pleasurable sensations, followed by deep relaxation.

Many women tell me that they do not know or that they are not sure whether they have ever experienced an orgasm . I usually say, “so you probably didn’t have it, when you have one, you’re sure to know.”

Another important thing: stop comparing your reactions to sex with that of other women.

Many women say that they feel their legs shake, that they feel chills, that they lose strength in their legs, that they feel like screaming, in short, the reactions are really varied.

But if you don’t feel any of that, it doesn’t mean that their orgasm is better than yours, that’s silly.

What is the difference between clitoral and vaginal orgasm ?

Another constant question is about the difference between clitoral orgasm and vaginal orgasm.

The physiology is practically the same, both the vagina and the clitoris are areas full of nerve endings that, if stimulated in the right way, can cause a lot of pleasure and consequently the female orgasm.

It turns out that most women learn to stimulate and masturbate with clitoral stimulation (when they do), leaving aside the knowledge of vaginal stimulation, done through penetration.

This is one of the reasons why most women find it easier to achieve clitoral orgasm, in addition to the fact that the clitoris is a little more exposed, which facilitates manipulation.

This facility ends up leaving the woman accustomed to this same form of stimulation, and not seeking vaginal orgasm, after all, it is more “difficult”.

It is not uncommon for me to hear reports from women who after a few years can only feel orgasm in a specific position and with a specific stimulus. This is because the body has become accustomed over the years to just that situation.

When it comes to sex, the interesting thing is to do the exact opposite, like experiencing new sensations and risking different things.

As this subject is part of my daily life, I am always talking to several students and patients and with my own experience I can say that the vaginal orgasm is broader and it seems that the sensation spreads through the body more intensely.

The clitoral is quieter, less intense and more restricted.

The practice of intimate gymnastics , or pompoarism, as it is better known, helps a lot the woman to know her own body better, providing a greater awareness of the vaginal muscles, in addition to increasing blood supply in the genial region.

All of these factors favor the possibility that women can achieve more intense and easier orgasms, both the clitoral, and especially the vaginal.

What is the difference between ejaculation and female orgasm ?

Some women release a lot of fluid during orgasm, many even report that they are completely wet and even consider the possibility that they have urinated.

Research shows that only 10% of women have this type of ejaculation.

A woman who has never ejaculated in this way need not be concerned, just natural lubrication is enough to guarantee good sexual performance. I talk more about this in the video below.

Practical tips for reaching orgasm with ease

Having sex is not an exercise like running or cycling, but practice, as with other activities, improves performance. One of the steps for this is self-knowledge: touching and looking at your own body to discover points of sensitivity is paramount.

In addition, I have some other practical tips that can help a lot:

  • Intimate Gym Exercises

The development of the vaginal musculature is fundamental for the increase of the vaginal conscience, and this significantly increases the chance of the woman to reach the vaginal orgasm. Pompoirism is a practice of contraction of the vaginal muscles, which exercises the region of the vagina from the inside out.

With some practice time, local sensitivity increases, as does the intensity of orgasms.

Sitting or standing, take a deep breath, hold the air, contract the genital area for 30 seconds and release. Repeat the contraction ten times, inhale and continue the exercise for a period of five minutes. It can and should cause heat, if done correctly.

Did you know that there is Male Pompoirism?

Pompoirism also works wonders for man – and he doesn’t need any instruments to get started!

  •  Sexual positions

Sexual positions interfere with stimulation for women and some facilitate the discovery of pleasure. The suggestion is to try positions that allow penetration and stimulation of the clitoris at the same time.

  • Erotic toys

Used in masturbation or with a partner, small vibrators help stimulate the clitoris and accelerate arousal . In addition, as I mentioned earlier, you can use the accessories to train and practice the exercises of pompoarism .

  • Female Masturbation

The latest study to which I had access, showed that only 52% of women admit that they practice masturbation. It is a low rate compared to men who, almost entirely , declare to masturbate frequently.

Somehow female masturbation has always been rated as something incorrect, dirty, wrong and even sinful. None of this is true, this black cloud around female masturbation is only taboo.
