About the character

There are seven generals-arbiters in the Heavenly Arc. They rule the main ships of the Xianzhou Fleet. Yaoqing is in charge of Feixiao, known to all as the Falcon Might. This straightforward and independent woman from the fox people has mastered many martial arts and earned the respect of the warriors. But few know that she suffers from a terrible disease – Moon Beast, for which there is no cure yet.

Feixiao follows the path of the hunt and uses the wind element in battle. Her fighting style is based on powerful single-target strikes and bonus attacks.

How to get

Feixiao is an outstanding personality, so her rarity is appropriate. You can get her, like other limited legendaries, from your own banner. The general from Yaoqing Xianzhou will be available in the jump of the event “Rumbling Divine Chariot” from September 10 to October 2, 2024.

Along with Feixiao, you can get the following 4★ characters: Moze (new hero), Asta, and Luca. Also, in version 2.5, we will see the triple rerun banner for the first time, so get your jades ready.

After performing a bonus attack, the general’s damage is increased by 30-60% for 2 turns, the effect does not stack.
Born of the Storm	Technique	When using the technique, the “Front Break” state is activated for 20 seconds. During this time, Feixiao pulls enemies towards him and increases movement speed by 35%. Upon entering combat, 1 stack of “Winged Beast” is immediately activated. When the General starts a battle in the “Front Breakthrough” state, at the beginning of each wave she deals wind damage to enemies, which always critically hits. If this blow hits multiple targets, then for each enemy hit, the damage dealt is increased by 100% (up to 1000%).

	Baptism of pure thought	The owner receives 20-32% critical damage. For each weakening of the enemy, critical damage against them increases by another 8-12%. This effect stacks up to 3 times. When the super ability hits the selected target, the “Debate” status is activated, which lasts for 2 turns and increases damage dealt by 36-60%. During the “Debate” status, bonus attacks ignore 24-40% of the target’s defense.	Doctor Ratio’s Cone on the General also works great. The passive allows you to ignore defense and boost the wearer’s attacks when there are debuffs. And “Discussion” also works during Feixiao’s ult and boosts attacks in the process.
	Anxiety and bliss	The wearer’s critical hit chance is increased by 18-30%, and their attack bonus deals 30-50% more damage. When using the attack bonus on an enemy, they gain the “Tamed” status. It can be stacked up to 2 times, and for each level, allies deal 12-20% more critical damage to the target.	Cone Topaz also shows great performance. In addition, it allows allies to hit harder, which helps when fighting strong bosses.
	Fencing	If a character attacks the same target multiple times, their damage is increased by 8-16%. This buff stacks up to 5 times and is reset when switching to another enemy.	A good 4★ alternative to legendary cones. The passive activates during Feixiao’s ult and easily stacks to max. And on the 5th cone application, the damage with it is quite decent.
	Only silence remains	The wearer gains 16-32% attack power. If there are 2 or fewer enemies on the battlefield, their critical hit chance increases by 12-24%.	A good cone for boss fights. At 5 stacks it helps make up for the lack of critical hit chance.
	Cruise the Galaxy	The wearer’s critical hit chance is increased by 8-16%. If the target has less than 50% HP, the character gains an additional 8-16% critical hit chance. After defeating an enemy, the wearer gains 20-40% attack power for 2 turns.	A free option from Gerta’s shop that not only gives a critical hit chance, but also buffs attack. And the attack buff is easy to activate if you spend a couple of points on a smaller enemy.
	The only winner	The character gains 12-20% attack power. When an attack is critical, 1 level of “Luck” is activated. The buff stacks up to 4 times and for each level increases critical damage by 8-12%. All levels of “Luck” disappear at the end of the turn.	Another free cone, but this time from the Hall of Oblivion shop. Feixiao easily activates the buffs from Luck and can deal good damage.

Relics

In Feixiao’s case, the build follows the classic pattern for damage dealers: as much attack power and crits as possible. It would also be a good idea to get her speed to at least 135 units to reach the first break point, where she will walk faster than most enemies.

In the lower stats of artifacts we look for: critical hit chance, critical damage, attack power and speed. But the penetration effect will also look good for quickly removing the durability scale.

• Body – Critical Hit Chance or Critical Damage;
• Boots – speed or attack power (only if there is a lot of speed in the lower stats);
• Planar  Sphere – Wind Damage Bonus or Attack Power;
• Connective  ligature is the power of attack.

Cave relics

The best set for General Falcon’s Might is the Wind’s Courage set . Feixiao easily activates the buff from the full set because these are literally her signature relics. For 2 pieces, we get 12% attack power. And for 4 pieces – 6% critical hit chance and 36% to the damage of the ult after using the bonus attack.

Top 2 among relics are 2+2 builds. Here you can combine depending on what stats you got and what you are missing. You can combine the following sets:

• Burning Duke to the ground;
• A messenger wandering in the hacker space;
• Eagle of the Twilight Boundary;
• Courage of the Wind;
• Wild Wheat Shooter;
• Prisoner of a dark dungeon.

The full set of the Burning Duke set would also look good . However, you won’t be able to get the full buff. For 2 parts, the damage of bonus attacks will increase by 20%. And for 4 parts, when hitting with a bonus attack, the attack power will increase by 6%, summing up to 8 times.

Planar decorations

Among the planar decorations, everything is also quite simple. The top 1 option is the Duran Dynasty of Wolves set . But you will need other bonuses for the squad.

When characters in the party perform bonus attacks, the wearer gains 1 stack of Feat, which stacks up to 5 times. Each level increases the bonus attack by 5%, and at maximum level, it gives 25% critical damage.

Well, in second place is Frozen Salsotto . Its conditions are simpler and it is suitable for a larger number of squads. The set gives an 8% chance of a critical hit, and if this indicator is equal to or higher than 50%, then the wearer’s ult and bonus attack are increased by 15%.

Commands for Feixiao

The best team for the general is quite expensive, as it requires 4 event legendaries at once. And if you can get Zaryanka in the same patch through the rerun banner, then with other heroes everything is a little more complicated.
