What is Passion?
According to the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI), passion is a strong desire (desire, courage). Passion is the fuel to turn ordinary activities into work that can be enjoyed. Work passion is needed so that we remain eager to do the duties and responsibilities in the office.

Humans from an anthropological point of view are referred to as Homo Faber which means to work using tools.
