What is Passion?
According to the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI), passion is a strong desire (desire, courage). Passion is the fuel to turn ordinary activities into work that can be enjoyed. Work passion is needed so that we remain eager to do the duties and responsibilities in the office.
Factors That Can Eliminate Work Passion
Humans from an anthropological point of view are referred to as Homo Faber which means to work using tools. By working, humans can make ends meet through exploitation of the potential that exists in the world and turn it into useful value. This use value is used by humans to survive.
