How to use Donila Duo
The mode of use of Donila Duo should be guided by a neurologist, however, the generic scheme of use of Donila Duo is to start at a dosage of 10 mg + 5m and increase memantine hydrochloride 5 mg each week. Thus the dosage is as follows:
- Donila duo 1st week of use:take 1 tablet of Donila duo 10 mg + 5 mg once a day for 7 days;
- Donila duo 2nd week of use:take 1 tablet of Donila duo 10 mg + 10 mg once a day for 7 days;
- Donila duo 3rd week of use:take 1 tablet of Donila duo 10 mg + 15 mg once a day for 7 days;
- 4th week of use of Donila duo and following: Take1 tablet of Donila duo 10 mg + 20 mg once a day.
Donila duo tablets should be taken orally with or without food.
Donila Duo Side Effects
Donila Duo’s main side effects include diarrhea, muscle cramps, excessive tiredness, nausea, vomiting, insomnia, headaches and dizziness.
Donila Duo Contraindications
Donila Duo is contraindicated for pregnant or breast-feeding women, as well as for patients with hypersensitivity to donepezil, memantine or any of the other ingredients of the formula.
