The assassins are part of one of the two camps of playable characters in Dead by Daylight and, in this case, these are the ones in charge of hunting down the survivors with their terrifying powers. They must sacrifice the rest of the players before they escape alive, so their game mechanics focus on patrolling, chasing, damaging and ruthlessly murdering the victims.

The Trapper (Evan MacMillan)
The Trapper is an assassin with strength and skills to control his environment , which he can use to apply pressure across the map thanks to his bear traps. In addition, he can benefit from the fear he applies to Survivors.

Trapper skills
These are the three unique abilities of The Trapper that only initially appear in his Bloodnet:
- Ability 1 – Disturbing Presence:Your mere presence instills dread. Survivors within your Terror Radius are 40/50/60% more likely to trigger Skill Checks when repairing, healing, or sabotaging. The area of success for such skill checks is reduced by 40/50/60%.
- Skill 2 – Brutal Strength:Your enormous strength allows you to easily break through the defenses of your prey. You destroy generators and downed pallets 10/15/20% faster.
- Skill 3 – Agitation:The urge to hang your prey makes your blood roar. Increase your speed by 6/12/18% while charging someone. While charging someone, your terror radius increases 12 meters.

Power of the Trapper
This is the unique power of The Trapper:
- Power – Bear Trap:a large stocks made of steel. The traps are scattered around the area waiting for you to pick them up and install them anywhere. By default you start the game with 2 traps, but you can find more in the environment.
The Specter (Philip Ojomo)
The Specter is a stealth assassin whose abilities are focused on tracking down and hunting survivors so that they never know for sure where they are.

Specter abilities
These are the three exclusive Specter abilities that only initially appear in his Bloodnet:
- Skill 1 – Predation:Thanks to your supernatural senses you can see the disturbances left by the survivors when running. Scratch marks left by survivors will appear slightly / moderately / considerably closer.
- Skill 2 – Bloodhound:Like a bloodhound, you smell traces of blood from a long distance. Fresh blood marks are slightly / moderately / considerably more noticeable and can be tracked for 2/3/4 seconds longer than normal.
- Skill 3 – Son of Shadows: Youhave keen eyesight in the dark at night. Your field of view is 9/12/15 ° wider than normal. Does not stack with other field of view enhancements.

- Skill 1 – Resistant:You are resistant to pain. Stun recovery is accelerated by 50/60/75%.
- Ability 2 – Child of Light:Unlike the other beasts of the mist, you have adapted to the light. Resistance to blindness is increased by 60/70/80%. Recovery of sight in case of blindness increases by 50%.
- Skill 3 – Handyman:When a generator is 70% repaired, a loud noise notification is generated and the undetectable status effect is applied to you for 8/10/12 seconds.

Power of the Villager
This is the unique power of El Pueblerino:
- Power – Chainsaw:A colossal and deadly chainsaw of terrifying strength. Grind flesh, bones and souls. Once accelerated, it takes the user into a violent frenzy.
The Nurse (Sally Smithson)
The Nurse is an assassin capable of diminishing the abilities of survivors and tracking them when they are injured. In addition, it can traverse obstacles and close gaps quickly.

Nurse Skills
These are the three unique abilities of The Nurse that only initially appear in her Bloodnet:
- Skill 1 – Breath:You are very sensitive to the breath of your prey. Suffering survivors’ breathing is 1/2/3 louder and normal breathing 4/5/6 louder.
- Ability 2 – Thanatophobia:His courage fades at the evidence of his undeniable mortality. All Survivors receive a repair, heal, and sabotage speed penalty for each Survivor injured, dying, or hooked.
- With 1 survivor wounded, dying, or hooked, action speed is reduced by 3 / 3.5 / 4%.
- With 2 survivors wounded, dying, or hooked, action speed is reduced by 12/14/16%.
- With 3 survivors wounded, dying, or hooked, action speed is reduced by 7/8/9.
- With 4 survivors wounded, dying or hooked, the action speed is reduced by 11/10/12.
- Skill 3 – Nursing Vocation:Unlock the potential of the ability to analyze auras. Healing or healing survivors’ auras are revealed to you if they are within 20/24/28 meters.

The Shape, also nicknamed the “Bogeyman”, is an assassin named Michael Myers, originally from the Halloween movie franchise . It is capable of monitoring its prey from a distance to fuel its power. That is to say: the more it stalks, the stronger and faster it becomes . He can also become obsessed with a survivor to unleash deadly effects on him.

Form Skills
These are the three unique abilities of The Form that only initially appear in his Bloodnet:
- Skill 1 – Best for last:You obsess over a survivor. You get a badge every time you Basic Attack someone other than Obsession. Each grants a stackable 5% reduction in the cooldown of successful basic attacks. You can earn up to 8 badges. Hitting your obsession with a basic attack will cause you to lose 4/3/2 badges. If your obsession dies, you will stop earning badges. The murderer cannot obsess over more than one survivor.
- Skill 2 – Play with food:You become obsessed with a survivor. Each time you chase down your obsession and let it escape, you will receive a medal, up to a maximum of 3. Each medal increases your movement speed by 1/2/3. Each offensive action consumes 1 medal. Only one obsession per game.
- Skill 3 – Dying Light:You become obsessed with a survivor. The speed of the altruistic action of your obsession is increased by 1/2/3. Once the Obsession is killed or sacrificed, all other survivors receive a 5/4/6 penalty to repair, heal, or sabotage speeds. Only one obsession per game.

Power of Form
This is the unique power of The Shape:
- Power – Inner Evil:Activating this power allows The Form to see its prey clearly and to accumulate more evil power by stalking them.
The Witch (Lisa Sherwood)
The Witch is an assassin who can set ghost traps and then teleport to them, in addition to applying curses to survivors using totems that weaken their abilities.

The Witch’s Skills
These are the three unique abilities of The Witch that only initially appear in her Bloodnet:
- Skill 1 – Hex: The Third Seal:A Hex that impairs one’s ability to analyze auras. Hitting an enemy while a Hex Totem is active reduces the effectiveness of their Aura Analysis ability by 100%. This effect applies to the last 2/3/4 Survivors hit.
- Ability 2 – Hex: Ruin:A Hex that affects the survivor’s ability to repair generators. 100/150/200% are affected by Ruin, causing the good skill check to cause a 5% recoil on generator repair and the big check an additional 0% progress.
- Ability 3 – Hex: Hope Eater:A Hex that bases its power on hope. The false hope of the survivors whet your appetite. When a Survivor who is at least 24 meters away is freed from a hook, the Eater of Hope receives a Medal.
- 2 Medals:Gain 3/4/5% speed boost for 10 seconds after hanging a Survivor. The speed boost triggers 10 seconds after hanging a Survivor.
- 3 Medals:Survivors suffer the vulnerable status effect.
- 5 Medals:Grants the ability to kill survivors with your bare hands.
- Note that all hex effects persist as long as the corresponding totem is still standing.

Witch’s Power
This is the unique power of The Witch:
- Power – Blackened Catalyst:The Witch can shape mud at will. Using simple ritual drawings, she creates treacherous images of herself out of mud and rot that she can use for a variety of purposes (you can keep 10 ghost traps and instantly move to active traps no more than 40 meters away).
The Doctor (Herman Carter)
The Doctor is a madness-inducing assassin who is capable of incapacitating all survivors by making them hallucinate and scream in horror, thus revealing their positions. Also, it can affect your ability to repair effectively.

The Doctor’s abilities
These are the three unique abilities of The Doctor that only initially appear in his Bloodnet:
- Skill 1 – Overwhelming Presence:Only your presence inspires great terror. Survivors in your terror radius suffer inefficiency. Affected Survivors’ item consumption rates are increased by 80/90/100%.
- Skill 2 – Monitoring and abuse:A meticulous approach and a terrifying application. During a chase, your terror radius increases by 3/5/10 °. In all other cases, your terror radius decreases by 4/5/6 meters and your field of vision increases by 7/8/9 meters. The advantages of the field of view do not add up.
- Skill 3 – Overload:You are driven by hatred towards generators being fixed. By performing the action of damaging generator, you overload it. The next survivor to interact with that generator will face a moderately / considerably / tremendously difficult skill check. Failure to do so will result in a 3/4/5% generator regression. If you beat it, you won’t get any progress, but it will prevent the generator from exploding.

Power of The Doctor
This is the unique power of The Doctor:
- Power – Carter’s Spark:Hitting survivors with any of the Doctor’s abilities increases their Madness levels and causes increasingly serious effects.
The Huntress (Anna)
The Huntress is a ranged assassin , with enhanced pursuit abilities and the advantages of applying pressure through her extensive map control.

The Huntress Skills
These are the three unique abilities of The Huntress that only initially appear in her Bloodnet:
- Ability 1 – Beast of prey:your desire to kill is so intense that you lose connection with the Entity for an instant and you become totally unpredictable. The red mark disappears for 15/20/25 seconds when Bloodlust is activated. Beast of Prey has a cooldown of 120 seconds.
- Skill 2 – Territorial Instinct:Unlocks the potential in the ability to analyze auras. Survivors’ auras are revealed to you for 3 seconds when they reach the basement and you are more than 32 meters away from the basement entrance. Territorial Instinct can only be activated once every 1/2/3.
- Skill 3 – Hex: Hunter’s Nanny:a Hex that bases its power on the loss of hope. You hunt singing an irresistible and dire melody that affects the attention span of your prey. Survivors suffer a 2/4/6% regression penalty if they fail a skill check while healing or repairing. Every time you hang a Survivor on a hook, this ability gains in power.
- From 1 to 4 badges reduces the time between the warning sound and the skill check.
- With 5 badges, the warning sound prior to skill tests is eliminated.

Power of the Huntress
This is the unique power of The Huntress:
- Power – Hunting Hatches:The Huntress can throw hatches with lethal precision. You start the game with 5, you can get them at the lockers.
The Cannibal (Bubba Sawyer)
The Cannibal, also nicknamed “Leatherface”, is actually called Bubba Sawyer and is a character originally from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie franchise . He is an assassin who can take down anyone in his path thanks to his chainsaw. His abilities allow him to more easily locate prey and go unnoticed by them until it is too late to flee.

The Cannibal’s abilities
These are the three unique abilities of The Cannibal that only initially appear in his Bloodnet:
- Skill 1 – Knockout:The trauma caused by your brutal attacks makes asking for help extremely difficult. Dying Survivors do not reveal themselves to others as long as they remain more than 32/24/16 meters in range.
- Ability 2 – Barbecue and Chili:A deep bond with the Entity allows you to perceive auras. After hanging a Survivor, you can see the aura of the rest for 4 seconds if they are more than 40 meters away from the hook. Every time you hang a Survivor for the first time, you get a cumulative blood point multiplier of 25% up to a maximum of 50/75/100%. This bonus is only awarded after the game.
- Skill 3 – Franklin’s Death:Your violent attacks cause the survivors to drop the item they are carrying. When falling, the item is damaged and loses 0/5/10% of its charge base.

Cannibal Power
This is the unique power of The Cannibal:
- Power – Bubba’s Chainsaw:Start the game with 3 charges. With this chainsaw you can perform a sweep capable of hitting several targets (which go into a dying state). Upon filling the Tantrum Meter, the Cannibal activates this state that damages all Survivors around him and leaves them in agony.
The Nightmare (Freddy Krueger)
The Nightmare, also known as Frederick “Freddy” Charles Krueger, is the protagonist and main villain of the Nightmare on Elm Street film series . He is an assassin who passively lures survivors into his dream world , where prey are more vulnerable and will have a harder time fleeing . His abilities also make him stronger as the game progresses.

Nightmare Skills
These are the three exclusive Nightmare abilities that only initially appear in his Bloodnet:
- Skill 1 – Enrage:The added pressure of losing your prey infuses you with anger and provides you with unsuspected motivation. Enrage grows in power each time a survivor finishes repairing a generator. For each repaired generator, you receive a cumulative 3 / 3.5 / 4% speed bonus for the rest of the game when picking up or dropping items, jumping, damaging generators, and breaking pallets.
- Skill 2 – Remember Me:You become obsessed with a survivor. Each time you hit your obsession with a basic attack, you increase the time it takes for the exit doors to open by 4 seconds, up to an additional 8/12/16 seconds.
- Obsession is immune to Remember Me.
- Ability 3 – Blood Guardian:Once per game, when at least one exit door is open, if you hang a survivor, you will summon the Entity that will block the exits for all survivors for 30/40/60 seconds. While it is active, you will see the auras of the survivors who are in the exit zones.

Nightmare Power
This is the unique power of The Nightmare:
- Power – Dream Demon:Awakened survivors can hear the terror radius and see the Nightmare within a 16 meter radius. Between 16 to 32 meters they see it intermittently and beyond that distance it is invisible to them. The Nightmare can make its prey sleepy into the dream world for 60 seconds with a basic attack. Once there, they enter a state of unconsciousness and can be affected by the traps of dreams.
The Pig (Amanda Young)
The Pig is a character originating from the Saw movie saga . He is an assassin capable of crouching stealthily to ambush his prey at close range. You can place inverted bear traps on their heads that, if activated and not deactivated in time, automatically eliminate survivors.

Skills of the Pig
These are the three unique abilities of The Pig that only initially appear in her Blood Web:
- Skill 1 – Executioner’s Trick:Your clever hook modifications alert you when they are tampered with. If a Survivor starts sabotaging a hook, you receive a notification. While charging a Survivor, you will see the aura of any Survivor within 2/4/6 meters of the grapple.
- Skill 2 – Supervision:Allows you to perceive auras. Reversing generators light up with a white aura. When fully reversed, the aura turns yellow for 12/8/16 seconds. The distance at which the noise of the repairs is perceived increases 8 meters.
- Skill 3 – Make a Decision:When a Survivor rescues another from a hook at a minimum distance of 32 meters from you, Make a Decision makes the survivor scream and applies the vulnerability status effect for 40/50/60 seconds. It has a cooldown time of 40/50/60 seconds.

Sow Power
This is the unique power of La Cerda:
- Power – Puzzle Christening:The Sow can sneak around, ambush, and place inverted bear traps on survivors’ heads. These are activated when a generator is fully repaired. If the survivors fail to deactivate them in time by searching for a puzzle box and opening it with the correct key, they are automatically sacrificed. You start the game with 4 traps.
The Clown (Jeffrey Hawk)
The Clown is an assassin with a dose of strategy that can launch bottles that release clouds of toxic gas to corner survivors, reveal their positions and cause vision problems as well as slow movement speed.

Skills of The Clown
These are the three unique abilities of The Clown that only initially appear in his Bloodnet:
- Skill 1 – Bewilderment:Your jumping speed is 5/10/15% faster. When performing a jump action, the Entity can block the location where the jump was made for 8/12/16 seconds. Only 1 jump location can be blocked with this method at a time. It will only be locked for survivors.
- Ability 2 – Coulrophobia:Only your presence inspires great terror. Survivors in your terror radius suffer a 30/40/50% penalty to the speed of healing progress.
- Skill 3 – Pam, bang, bang:A strong bond with the Entity unlocks great strength. After hanging a Survivor on a grapple, the next Generator you break will drop 1/2/3 of their total progression instantly. After this damage is applied, the setback in generator repair will return to normal. It will be active for 30 seconds after hanging the survivor.

Power of The Clown
This is the unique power of The Clown:
- Power – The Last Act:A bottle that can be thrown to apply two types of effects. With The Last Act the bottle is designed to break open and release a cloud of purple gas that intoxicates the survivors. They suffer a reduction in speed and vision and cough involuntarily for 2 seconds. The other container is the Antidote for Act One, which, when broken, releases a cloud of grayish gas that turns yellow when activated. Anyone entering this cloud gets a 10% speed bonus for 5 seconds (intoxicated survivors can heal).
The Spirit (Rin Yamaoka)
The Spirit is a phase-shifting assassin that can teleport you from one place to another without being seen. His abilities allow him to quickly observe and attract survivors to catch them off guard.

Spirit Skills
These are the three unique abilities of The Spirit that only initially appear in his Bloodnet:
- Ability 1 – Spiritual Fury:Each pallet you break will increase the Entity’s anger. After breaking 4/3/2 pallets, the next time you are stunned with one the Entity will break the pallet instantly. You will still suffer the penalty from the stun effect.
- Skill 2 – Hex: Haunted Earth:Two Hex Totems will appear in the game. When any of the survivors purifies one of the two trapped totems, all survivors will be affected by the vulnerability status effect for 40/50/60 seconds. The remaining trapped Hex Totem will immediately turn into a dull totem.
- Skill 3 – Grudge:You become obsessed with a survivor. Each time a generator is completed, your obsession will be able to see your aura for 5/4/3 seconds. Each time a generator is completed, you will be able to see where all the survivors are for 3 seconds. As soon as all the generators are completed, the obsession changes to the vulnerability status effect, and the killer can kill it (cannot obsess over more than one survivor).

Power of the Spirit
This is the unique power of The Spirit:
- Power – Yamaoka’s Ghost:This power allows you to switch to an ethereal plane and respawn in a new location. While active, you can roam freely and move more quickly for a few moments (you cannot traverse physical environments). You will not be able to see the survivors, but you will be able to see their scratch marks, you will emit an audible signal wherever you go and at the end of the power you will maintain the speed increase momentarily.
The Legion (Frank, Julie, Susie, Joey)
The Legion are a band of fast assassins who can deal long-lasting damage to survivors and knock them down if they don’t get ahead of their movements. It can locate and attack its prey savagely.

Legion Skills
These are the three exclusive Legion abilities that only initially appear in their Bloodnet:
- Skill 1 – Discordance:Generators 2 or more survivors are working on glows yellow for 8/10/12 seconds.
- Skill 2 – Blind Fury:While charging with a Survivor, any attacks you miss will not have a cooldown, and if you manage to hit another Survivor, the grapple timer of the one you are carrying will stop for 2/3/4 seconds.
- Skill 3 – Iron Maiden: Youopen the lockers 30/40/50% faster. When a Survivor exits a locker, they are affected by the vulnerability status effect for 15 seconds and reveal their location for 4 seconds.

Legion Power
This is the unique power of The Legion:
- Power – Wild Frenzy:when activated, it allows you to run at high speed and chain attacks between several survivors. You can also jump downed pallets and make a savage cut to survivors so that they enter a wounded state and suffer the deep wound effect. All players who are not suffering and are within the radius of terror will reveal their positions.
The Plague (Adiris)
The Scourge is a devoted assassin who can infect survivors from close range to wound them. Their abilities focus on hindering prey while confusing and frightening them.

Scourge abilities
These are the three unique abilities of The Scourge that only initially appear in his Bloodnet:
- Skill 1 – Corrupt Intervention:Your prayers summon a dark force that reduces the chances of survivors. The Entity blocks the 3 generators that are located furthest from you for 80/100/120 seconds at the beginning of the game. Survivors cannot repair these generators for the duration of the effect. Affected generators will light up with a white aura.
- Ability 2 – Contagious Terror: Yourheart races when you hear the screams of the infidels. Any Survivor within your Terror Radius when you leave someone dying will scream and reveal their position to you for 4/5/6 seconds.

Power of the Scourge
This is the unique power of The Plague:
- Power – Fel Purge – Infectenvironment objects and survivors to create an endless cycle of disease. If a survivor becomes fully infected, they begin to suffer the Hopelessness state, in addition to vomiting at random intervals. Ghost Face abilities
These are the three exclusive Ghost Face abilities that only initially appear in his Bloodnet:
- Skill 1 – I am all ears:Your senses are heightened in the dark realm of Being. Allows you to perceive auras. The aura of any survivor who takes swift action within 48 meters will be revealed to you for 6 seconds. It can only be activated once every 60/50/40 seconds.
- Ability 2 – Thrilling Tremors:Your dark designs and malicious tranquility set the Being on fire. After trapping a Survivor, the Entity will lock out all currently unrepaired Generators, preventing them from being repaired for 16 seconds. The aura of the affected generators will appear illuminated in white. It can only be activated once every 100/80/60 seconds.
- Skill 3 – Sneak Pursuit:You become obsessed with a survivor. You lurk in the shadows and eliminate your victims one by one. When you hang up on your obsession you receive a badge, up to a maximum of 2/3/4 badges. Each badge reduces your radius of terror by 4 meters during a chase. When a survivor rescues your obsession from a hook, the rescuer becomes your obsession. You lose all your badges if the obsession is sacrificed or killed (you cannot have more than one obsession at a time).

Ghost Face Power

The Demogorgon’s abilities
These are the three unique abilities of The Demogorgon that only initially appear in his Bloodnet:
- Ability 1 – Fearmaker:Your mysterious presence overloads the environment and affects technological devices. When a survivor is left in agony with a basic attack, all generators within a 24-meter radius instantly explode and begin to reverse. This applies an additional 12% reversal. The Oni’s abilities

- Power – Wrath of Yamaoka: Youabsorb blood orbs from your wounded enemies. When the power gauge is full, you can initiate a state of Blood Fury that makes you deadly and gives you special abilities. The Harpooner (Caleb Quinn)

The Harpooner Skills

- Skill 3 – Hex: Retaliation:A Hex that is unleashed when destroyed. Those who contradict you will be punished. Any Survivor who interacts with a Dull Totem or Hex Totem will suffer the Unconscious status effect for 35/40/45 seconds. Removing any Hex Totem, including this one, will reveal the auras of all survivors for 15 seconds.

This is the unique power of El Arponero:
- Power – Grappler:You can capture your victims with a heavily modified hybrid rifle that replaces conventional ammunition with a razor-sharp harpoon attached to a chain. While a survivor has been harpooned, you can lure him to you. The prey can be freed or use the environment to tension the chain until it breaks. If he succeeds, he will be left wounded and in the Deep Wound state, leaving you stunned for a few seconds. Abilities of The Cenobite
