Fontaine’s judicial system is highly unusual. Decisions are made not only by the judge, but also by a special machine that collects the opinions of all people present in the courtroom, and if the accused does not agree with the verdict, he can demand a duel.
But if Clorinda goes up against the criminal, it’s all over. As a judicial duelist, she has never lost a battle and many have not survived a meeting with her. And how to make her as strong in the game as in the lore, we will talk about in this article.
Genshin Impact Hero Description
The guardian of justice in the Cour de Fontaine is Clorinda, the most powerful judicial duelist in the region. Everyone knows that if a criminal decides to challenge her, he will not even have the strength to confess to the crime.
Clorinda is quite cold and distant on the surface and even refuses to talk to reporters. But in reality, she often checks her care for her loved ones and can be relied upon.
In battle, she uses the Electro God’s Eye and a one-handed sword, and during a special stance, she takes out a pistol from which she shoots elementally charged bullets.
How to get Clorinda
Our judicial duelist is a limited legendary character. You can only take Clorinda and her weapon during version 4.7, or wait for a rerun later.
If you need an Electro damage dealer in your team, we recommend not to hesitate and get the swordswoman as soon as possible.

Also, during the stance, charged attacks cannot be used.
E is replaced by Night Pierce, when used Clorinda dashes towards the enemy and hits them with Electro damage. This attack is considered a normal attack. |
The last rays of light | Elemental Burst (Ulta) | Places a Life Debt equal to your own health and deals Electro damage over an area. |

What weapon to install
Since Clorinda raises her critical hit chance herself, it is best to give preference to guns with critical damage as the main stat. Of the minuses – almost all weapons for the swordswoman will be legendary.
This sword can only be obtained during Clorinda’s banner, as it is her signature weapon. At level 90, the sword provides 674 attack and 44.1% critical damage.
Passively, we get another 20-40% critical damage. When receiving Life Debt, the wearer gets a 16-32% damage bonus for 6 seconds. This buff stacks up to 3 times.
Cutting through the fog
This legendary weapon can be a good alternative. We get 674 attack and 44.1% critical damage at maximum level.
The passive provides 12-24% elemental damage and the Mist Cleaver Emblem, which at level 1/2/3 provides 8-16/16-32/28-56% elemental damage bonus. There are 3 conditions for getting Emblem stacks:
- If a normal attack deals elemental damage, lasts 5 seconds;
- If the ult is activated, it lasts for 10 seconds;
- If the energy bar is not 100% full, it will last until it is full.
Haran geppaku futsu
While the sword gives critical hit chance rather than critical damage, it can work well on Clorinda and eliminates any need to look for chance in artifacts. At level 90, you get 608 attack and 33.1% critical hit chance.
Passive gives 12-24% elemental damage. After an ally uses the skill, the owner gets a level of Spike Wave every 0.5 seconds. The maximum can be 2 levels. They are spent during any attack with elemental damage and give the Chaos Waves status, which increases normal attacks by 20-40% for each level. The buff lasts 8 seconds.
Light of leaf cut
Al-Haytham’s signature weapon will also suit our duelist. It’s all about the high base critical damage and bonuses for attacks with infusion, though you need hours for elemental mastery. At level 90, the sword gives 542 attack power and 88.2% critical damage.
Passive gives 4-8% critical chance. And if the character performs a basic attack with elemental infusion, then for 12 seconds (or 28 attacks) he receives the Leaf Cut buff. This effect increases the wearer’s normal attacks and E-class by 120-240% of the elemental mastery.
Black Sword
Among the 4★ options, the best one is the Black Sword. The only downside is that it is a battle pass weapon, and we again do not get critical damage from the weapon. At level 90, the weapon gives 510 attack power and 27.6% critical hit chance.
At the same time, the passive gives a 20-40% bonus to normal and charged attacks, and when the character critically hits, he restores his HP in the amount of 60-100% of the attack power every 5 seconds. This works great for Clorinda, so we recommend taking a closer look.
The Grand Finale of the Depths
Well, the 4★ crafted sword completes the selection. At level 90, we get 565 attack power as the main stat and an additional 27.6% to the secondary.
When activated, the character gains 12-24% attack power for 15 seconds and a Life Debt equal to 25% of maximum HP every 10 seconds. When Life Debt is removed, attack power increases by 2.4-4.8% of its maximum value (maximum 150-300 units) for 15 seconds.
Best Artifact Sets
In artifacts, we primarily look for critical hit chance and critical damage, as well as % attack power. Elemental mastery will not be superfluous, especially if you plan to play from Dendro reactions or use Light of Leaf Slash as a weapon.
Fragment of harmonic fantasy
The best option for Clorinda gives her a lot of attack and buffs depending on Life Debt, so we recommend farming it first.
2 pieces increases attack power by 18%, and 4 pieces increases damage by 18% when Life Debt changes, and this effect can stack up to 3 times.
The End of the Gladiator
This is a standard set for swordsmen and spearmen, so it will work well on our judicial duelist. In addition, it can be crafted in alchemy or dropped from bosses.
Two pieces provide 18% attack power, and 4 pieces increase normal attacks by 35% if the set is worn by a swordsman or spearman.
Echoes of the offering
Another set for normal attacks, which can work well with Clorinda. Of course, there is a random factor here, but since we will attack very quickly in the stance, the bonus will work often.
Two parts increase attack power by 18%, and 4 parts after hitting with a normal attack with a 36% chance give the Ritual of the Valley buff, which increases the damage of normal attacks by 70%, and if the effect is not activated the first time, then each subsequent hit gives a 20% chance of activation.
Shimenawa’s Memories
This set will consume a little ult energy, but in return will give excellent bonuses. A set of 2 parts increases attack power by 18%. And after collecting 4 parts, when using E-shki, the character will spend 15 units of energy, but normal, charged or falling attacks for 10 seconds begin to deal 50% more damage.
A thunderous roar of rage
Well, the last option is essentially universal for all Electro damage dealers. This is because 2 parts of the set give 15% Electro damage, and 4 parts increase the damage of Exacerbation by 20%, and the reactions Overload, Charged, Superconductor, Vegetation hit harder by 40%. Activating any Electro reaction reduces the cooldown of E-shki by 1 second.
Squad options
In the first case, we assemble the hypercarry Clorinda, who we cover with stats from all sides as much as possible. For this, we definitely need Kazuha and a couple of supports.
The squad includes:
- Clorinda;
- Fischl;
- Nahida;
- Kazuha.
The second option is now considered a classic for many Electro damage dealers: this is a game from Budification. And it is also advisable to take hours for mastery of the elements, because Dendro reactions are important.
The following items are included in this pack:
- Clorinda;
- Nahida;
- Furina/Xing Qiu/Ye Lan;
- Bai Zhu/Kazuha.
The third option is Overload. In this case, enemies will fly around the field, of course, but you can easily attack them due to the swordswoman mechanics. In addition, this is the most budgetary team in terms of selection, because we take three 4★ characters.
The squad includes:
- Clorinda;
- Fischl;
- Chevreuse;
- Xiang Ling.
Well, the last option can also be called a classic for Electro damage dealers – these are squads from the Charged combination. Such packs can cause a lot of damage with a chain reaction and are easy to collect.
The team includes:
- Clorinda;
- Ye Lan/Xing Qiu;
- Furina;
- Genie/Kazuha.
Constellation
Constellation level | Name | Description |
---|---|---|
1 | “And so I pass through the curtain of the candle’s shadow” | During Night Watch Stance, Clorinda’s normal attack damage summons a Night Watch Shadow near the enemy hit. It performs two combined attacks, each dealing 30% of Clorinda’s attack power.
The effect works once every 1.2 seconds. |
2 | “And here we are, face to face with the danger of the long night.” | Passive Dark Rending Flames is now stronger: After an ally activates Electro Reaction, Clorinda’s normal attack damage and Ultimate are increased by 30% of her attack power for 15 seconds.
The bonus can be stacked up to 3 times, increasing interruption resistance. The maximum bonus cannot be higher than 2700 units. |
3 | “I pledge to remember the oath of daylight” | Gives 3 levels in E-class. |
4 | “Remember tears, life and love” | The damage of the ultimate is increased by 2% for every 1% of Life Debt, but the increase cannot exceed 200% of the original damage. |
5 | “Remember that dawn will come” | Gives 3 levels to ult. |
6 | “Therefore I will never lose hope” | For 12 seconds after activating E, Clorinda gains 10% Critical Hit Chance and 70% Critical Damage. While Night Watch Stance is active, a Bright Candle Shadow may appear and deal Electro damage equal to 200% of Clorinda’s attack power.
A shadow can appear no more than once per second if one of the following conditions is met:
While the stand lasts, the Shadow of a Bright Candle can appear up to 6 times. Additionally, during Night Watch, Clorinda gains Interrupt Resistance and incoming damage is reduced by 80%. The effect wears off after the stance ends, or when Shadow has been summoned 6 times. |
We’ve covered Clorinda and all her skills in detail, and now you can easily assemble a judicial duelist into a cyborg assassin. And guides to other Genshin Impact characters and more are on our website.
