  1. Open the Windows Control Panel.
  2. Go to the Hardware and Sound section.
  3. Open sound settings.
  4. Select the default device (there should be a green checkmark next to it) and go to its properties with the button below.
  5. In the “Advanced” tab select the default format “16 bit, 48000 Hz”.
