This year, Activision apparently decided to slightly confuse potential buyers and, following the royal battle for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019, released a remaster of Modern Warfare 2 2009 . However, of course, there is no common storyline between them. There are only similar characters.

In general, the launch went quite smoothly, but it was not without problems at all. We’ve put together proven solutions to CoD: MW2 Remastered technical issues .

In addition to the official system requirements, which seem to be designed only for the Full HD format, we also added recommendations for comfortable gaming in 1440p and 4K, having studied the tests.

  • Video card:Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB / Radeon RX 570
  • RAM:16 gigabytes.

For 4K @ 60 FPS (benchmarked):

  • Operating system:Windows 10 x64.
  • Processor:Intel Core i5-8600K / AMD Ryzen 7 2700X.
  • Video card:Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 / Radeon RX 5700
  • RAM:16 gigabytes.

This problem only occurs on the PlayStation 4. Sound issues in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered on Windows 10

  1. Open the Windows Control Panel.
  2. Go to the Hardware and Sound section.
  3. Open sound settings.
  4. Select the default device (there should be a green checkmark next to it) and go to its properties with the button below.
