During the passage of the horror Alone in the Dark (2024), you can find a total of 159 collectibles, which include gifts (45 pieces), hints (56 pieces), locks (30 pieces) and dialogue opportunities (28 times) . All of these items need to be picked up at certain moments. Only some remain available for several chapters, while others – in limited time periods. At the same time, there is no chapter selection in the game, that is, you will not be able to return to the previous chapter.
You will also play Alone in the Dark (2024) as two different characters – Emily Hartwood and Edward Carnby. Each of these characters has unique episodes, and accordingly, there are collectibles that can only be picked up by Edward or Emily. Certain sets of gifts are required to obtain additional endings.
If you collect all of the collectibles listed below (activate events such as dialogues), you will receive several important achievements at once:
— Bronze achievement “You can’t hide from me!” — open all locks and safes in the game (both characters).
— Bronze achievement “I won’t refuse” — collect collectibles for one set.

After lowering the bridge in the barn using the lever you found, go up to the second floor. Continue moving until you see an open window. Carefully approach it, trying not to get too close, and make your way between the barrels on the right side of the window. The collectible is hidden in a closed box. Important! If you get too close to the window, a cutscene will start and you will no longer be able to return to this place. If this happens, quickly reload the last autosave, which should return you to the barn right at the beginning of the cutscene.

You can find this gift at any convenient time by returning to a specific location. Go downstairs and open the large door under the stairs. The first door on the left leads to McCarthy’s room. You can examine it. There’s a vent cover in the far right corner, but you can’t remove it yet. Instead, go forward to the end of the hallway and enter the restaurant on the right side (where the living room with the fallen piano is usually located). Open the door leading to the stairs in the mezzanine. This door closes again after the episode with the flooded spiral staircase (when you are forced to go up to the attic) is over. If this happens, you will have to open it again.

Continue through Chapter 4 until you can go down the long spiral staircase to the grate. Open it with the key found in Professor Gray’s office. After that, go down even further and go through the red door. The gift is located just behind the red door, on a gurney on the right side.

Stay on the ship during Act 4. Go up to the upper deck where the huge ship’s bell is located. Next to it is a red lantern and a hole in the floor, highlighted in red paint. Jump through this hole to find yourself in the galley. Go to the next room to return to one of the first cabins and take the Pale Mask from the red chair. Then leave the cockpit by opening the red door from the inside.
Broken Compass (Present)
When you find yourself on the steamship as part of the fourth chapter’s plot as any of the characters, walk along the main deck and go down to the lower deck. Open the big red door and find the broken compass lying on the box on the right side.
Warehouse door on a steamship (lock)
On the top floor of the ship, just before you turn around, go through the nearby door to get to a storage room where you can unlock another door.
Do not disturb (Present)
Any of the main characters can get this sign after returning from Edward’s (Port River) or Emily’s (Trenches and Morgue) trauma memories. By the way, it can be found earlier! Go up the stairs in the servants’ hallway and interact with the far door. Although it is locked, you will get the “Do Not Disturb” sign.

Talk to Emily/Edward 3 times in Dr. Grey’s apartment before using the fake book.

Talk to Emily/Edward 3 more times after using the fake book and opening the secret passage. After that, take the first collectible from the chest in front of the bed, and the second from the chair in the corner.
