Where to enter promo codes in Genshin Impact
There are two main ways to activate bonuses. The first is for those who can’t open Genshin right now, the second is the opposite.
To use a promo code through a browser without logging into Genshin Impact, you need to:
- go to the official website https://genshin.hoyoverse.com/ru/gift
- Login with your login and password, just like in the game
- select the desired server (most likely it is Europe)
- check if the site has inserted your nickname correctly (the “Character name” field)
- paste or enter the promo code text into the last field.
You can pick up your rewards at any time via in-game mail.
If it is more convenient for you, you can use another method and enter promo codes in the Genshin Impact client. To do this, click the “Settings” button in the menu (gear icon on the left) and then “Account” – “Promo code” – “Get”.
After the message about the successful entry of the promo code (it doesn’t matter whether on the website or in the game), you need to collect the rewards in the “Mail” section — the envelope icon in the menu on the left.
