Saints Row 2 is my favorite game from the franchise due to its excellent sense of humor, grounded storytelling, and huge list of cheat codes to play god with. The game seems to me like a weirder version of GTA IV due to their obvious similarities. While there are many differences between the two games, Saints Row 2 has a cheat system that works similarly to GTA IV cheat codes. If you’re wondering how to become invincible, create a car in a garage, or make pedestrians rain down from the sky, don’t worry – here are all the cheat codes in Saints Row 2 and how to use them.
How to use cheats in Saints Row 2

Cheat codes in Saints Row 2 can be used by opening the Phone from the pause menu and then selecting the Cheat menu. However, in order to add one or another cheat code to the “Cheats” menu, you must first go to Dial and then enter the cheat code. This will add the cheat code to the “Cheats” menu. Then open the “Cheats” menu on your phone and activate the cheat code. Once you add a cheat code to your phone, it will stay forever.
Keep in mind that activating the cheat code will disable autosave, freeze all stats , and lock all achievements. Therefore, we highly recommend creating a new save file before activating the cheat code. A save file with an active cheat code will be marked with an orange star for easier recognition.
