These curious and varied devices can help us a lot when it comes to exploring the world, finding chests and much more, so that is why we have prepared this entry of our complete guide in which below we list all the useful gadgets of the game so that you know how to get them and what advantages they bring you.
Keep in mind that most of these gadgets must first be obtained through a research blueprint or diagram , as a reward, and later they must be created in the forge or alchemy . Most are consumed with their uses.

Fan of red feathers
- How to get it:As a reward for reaching reputation level 5 in Inazuma.
- What is its use / effect ?:Increases flight movement speed by 30% for 30 seconds.
Nutritious sachet (Version No. 30)
- How to get it:As a reward for reaching Reputation Level 5 in Mondstadt.
- What is its use / effect ?:equipping it allows you to consume food quickly without having to open the inventory. It has two slots, one for storing life-regenerating dishes and the other for reviving dishes (automatically provides the dish that best suits the team depending on the situation).
- How it is made:by forging (with Lizard Tail x20 + Circuit of Chaos x20 + Electrocrystal x50).
Wind trap bottle
- How to get it:As a reward for reaching Reputation Level 3 in Mondstadt.
- What is its use / effect ?: Itcan store up to 5 Anemogranes and used to release wind currents that last about 9 seconds (cannot be used in combat and has a 100 second cooldown).
- How it is made:by forging (with Hurricane Seed x10 + Flying Daisy x30 + Piece of Crystal x50).
Compass treasure hunter Anemo
- How to get it:As a reward for reaching Reputation Level 6 in Mondstadt.
- What is its use / effect ?: Itcan be used unlimitedly to bring up a clue pointing to the location of the closest chest , as long as we have not opened it yet. Can only be used in Mondstadt. If you find a chest it has a cooldown of 30 seconds (otherwise it is 5 seconds).
- How it is made:by the forge (with Golden Raven Insignia x10 + Filanemo Mushroom x30 + Piece of Crystal x50).
Electro Treasure Hunter Compass
- How to get it:As a reward for reaching reputation level 8 in Inazuma.
- What is its use / effect ?: Itcan be used on Inazuma to find chests in the vicinity. If you find a chest it has a cooldown of 30 seconds (otherwise it is 5 seconds).
- How it is made:by the forge (with Golden Raven Insignia x10 + Demon Scarab x30 + Crystal Shard x50).
Geo treasure hunter compass
- How to get it:As a reward for reaching reputation level 6 in Liyue.
- What is its use / effect ?: Itcan be used unlimitedly to bring up a clue pointing to the location of the closest chest, as long as we have not opened it yet. Can only be used on Liyue. If you find a chest it has a cooldown of 30 seconds (otherwise it is 5 seconds)
- How it is made: Byforging (with Golden Raven Insignia x10 + Cor Lapis x30 + Crystal Shard x50).
Daguerreotype
- How to get it:by completing the world quest “Shall we take a picture?” (It can be activated as part of Liyue’s reputation missions, given to us by Xu, a character found in the center of the city).
- What is its use / effect ?: Itallows you to take pictures anywhere and at any time, even when you are in combat. It also has no cooldown.
Wind harpastum
- How to get it:During the 1.6 Main Event Summer, Islands, Adventures! , complete the mission “Summer Vacation: Proceed With Caution” in order to unlock Act II: Whirlpool Aft, Full Sail! and get the contraption.
- What is its use / effect ?:Replaces the current character’s elemental ability with a ball that can be thrown (has a 2 second cooldown).
Lens of memories
- How to get it:As a reward for completing the “Sacrificial Offering” world quest.
- What is its use / effect ?:If you look at the little fox statues through this lens, you will see things that were not there before. Its use can activate mechanisms, reveal hidden chests, research points, or coded messages (statues that can be targeted have glowing Electro markings).
Adeptus gourmet pot
- How to get it:As a reward for reaching reputation level 5 in Liyue.
- What is its use / effect ?: Itcan be used to create a portable kitchen anywhere, as long as you are out of combat (has a cooldown of 300 seconds).
- How it’s made: Byforging (with Burning Flame Essential Oil x00 + Crystal Core x2 + Iron x2).
Relaxing
- How to get it:As a reward for completing the Kettle Sweet Kettle quest (you must have Adventure Rank 35 or higher and have completed Archon – Chapter 1: Act III: A New Rising Star).
- What is its use / effect ?:You can enter its Inner World to create a dwelling for your characters and make decorations and much more. See our guide to the Relaxer for more details.
Concentrated resin
- How to get it:As a reward for reaching reputation level 3 in Liyue.
- What is its use / effect ?: Itis used to revitalize Ley Flowers and Petrified Trees in Domains, so that you can get their rewards 2 times (you can only have 3 at the same time).
- How it is made:by alchemy (with Crystal Core x1 + Original Resin x40).
Resonance Rock of Anemoculus
- How to get it:As a reward for reaching Reputation Level 2 in Mondstadt.
- What is its use / effect ?:When you equip it, mark on the map the position of a nearby Anemoculus when exploring the Mondstadt region (if you find one, the item is consumed).
- How it is made:by alchemy (with Dandelion Seed x5 + Cecilia x5 + Crystal Piece x1).
Electroclus Resonance Rock
- How to get it:As a reward for reaching reputation level 8 in Inazuma.
- What is its use / effect ?: Itcan be used on Inazuma to find lost Electroculi in the vicinity.
- How it is made:by alchemy (with Stormseen x5 + Cherry Petals x5 + Amethyst Chunk x1).
Resonance Rock of Geoculus
- How to get it:As a reward for reaching reputation level 2 in Liyue.
- What is its use / effect ?:When you equip it, mark on the map the position of a nearby Geoculus when exploring the Liyue region (if you find one, the item is consumed).
- How it is made:by alchemy (with Cor Lapis x10 + Crystal Lily x10 + Crystal Piece x2).
Hotbed
- How to get it:As a reward for completing Madame Ping’s “The Art of Horticulture” world quest ( Reach Inazuma Reputation Level 3 and claim the Stormseen Seeds reward).
- What is its use / effect ?: Aslong as this gadget is equipped, when harvesting plants you will receive a seed from the associated plant (in addition to the normal plant). Then you can plant the seeds in the fields of the Relaxer. You can store a maximum of 20 seeds of each type.
Portable teleporter
- How to get it:As a reward for reaching Reputation Level 6 in Mondstadt.
- What is its use / effect ?:When you use it where you are, a temporary teleportation point will appear that will last a total of 7 days (only one temporary teleportation point can exist at a time).
- How it is made:by alchemy (with Dry Leaves of Ley Lines x1 + Fluorescent Armor x2 + Piece of Crystal x5).
Exothermic vial
- How to obtain it:The blueprint is obtained as a reward for reaching level 4 of the Cold Eternal Tree in Dragonwing.
- What is its use / effect ?: Itcan be used to temporarily emit heat for 5 seconds in a small area, helping to combat the Dragon Spin weather and Extreme Cold state.
- How it is made:by forging (with Flaming Flower Pistle x2 + Star Silver x2).
Parametric Transmuter
- How to get it:As a reward for completing the World Quest Tracking the Treasures of Tianchiu (given to you by Lan, Master of the Liyue Adventurer’s Guild).
- What is its use / effect ?:you can place material on it to turn it into a different one; as material for character XP, weapon ascension, and so on. It is necessary to perform Elemental Attacks against the material until it reaches the transmutation point (after obtaining the transmuted material, you have to wait 7 days to use it again).
