All Fallout 4 Agility Perks

Discover all Fallout 4 Agility perks and how they can enhance your character’s combat abilities. Choose wisely to become a formidable survivor in the wasteland!

To experience the most exciting adventures in the Fallout 4 Commonwealth , you should have a balanced character with good stats in each SPECIAL category and the extras best suited to your play style.

During the Fallout 4 prologue , you are allowed to assign 21 perk points to different categories, and you can no longer change your selection.Of course, as you level up, it’s possible to add an additional point , either in each general category or to unlock an extra (there are ten in each stat)

Agility determines your character’s mastery of stealth and mobility , as well as precision in VATS attacks and action point management .

Below, we’ll tell you which are the best Agility perks available in Fallout 4, ranked from worst to best.

Fast hands

Despite being a perk gained at level 8 , Quick Hands is arguably the least important of all the Agility perks. It has two ranks of improvement.

Basically, it determines how fast you reload your weapons . At max level, it will make reloading weapons not cost action points when using VATS. Not much else to comment on.

Pum Fu

It is the last perk we get ( level 10 ) in the Agility category, and it can be improved up to three ranks . It makes your aiming ability in VATS faster for different targets.

For example, at level 1, it increases your damage on the second target by 25% . At max rank, it causes your attacks on a fourth and subsequent targets to automatically critically strike.

White in motion

A perk related to your character’s sprinting speed. It also affects how durable you are (and your ability to evade shots) while running. It is obtained at level 6 and has three ranks.

At level 1, it increases resistance to damage and energy attacks by 25% . If you upgrade it to the maximum, when you sprint you will barely consume any action points.

Command

It’s available at level 2 , and has up to five upgrade ranks . It’s one of the perks you should get, as it increases the damage you do with any automatic weapon in Fallout 4 (and there are quite a few).

At rank 1, you’ll only deal 20% more damage with this weapon type, but wait until you see what rank 5 entails. All of your attacks with automatic weapons will deal double damage, and you can even knock opponents off balance (to prevent them from attacking you right away).

Mister Sandman

A stealthy player’s best friend, the Mister Sandman perk affects the damage you do to undetected enemies – if you’re using a silenced weapon, of course. It’s available at level 4 and has three ranks .

Any attack with a silenced weapon will cause increased damage (between 15%, 30% and up to 50%) , as long as we use stealth.

Gunslinger

A perk very similar to Commando, but focused on non-automatic pistols (e.g. a magnum). It is unlocked at the base level (from level 1) and has up to five upgrade ranks .

The Gunslinger perk will make you deal more damage with any non-automatic pistol , from a 20% increase to double damage, a chance to incapacitate a limb, or even disarm your opponent.

Action Man

The Man of Action perk is obtained at level 5 , and only has two upgrade ranks. It directly influences how quickly we recover action points (needed for sprinting or using VATS).

At rank 1, your action points will regenerate 25% faster, and rank 2 causes you to recover them 50% faster.

Stealth

An essential perk for any player who wants to use stealth. Unlocked at level 3 and up to five upgrade ranks. Determines how good your character is when he becomes ”undetectable”.

From just a 20% increase to being virtually invisible ( nearby enemies won’t detect you when you enter stealth mode), without the need to use items like Stealth Boy.

Electric attack

If you’re a melee attacker and are used to using VATS, you should get the Lightning Strike perk as soon as possible. It unlocks at level 9 and has two upgrade ranks .

Basically, activating Lightning Strike will cause the distance in VATS mode to increase , and if you upgrade it to the maximum, any attack at greater range will deal double damage.

Ninja

The best Agility perk in Fallout 4, because it basically turns you into a shinobi (or almost), relentless in both melee and ranged attacks. It is achieved at level 7 , and can be upgraded up to three ranks .

As long as you’re using stealth mode, both ranged attacks (with weapons) and melee attacks will do more damage. At the maximum level, we’re talking about a multiplier of 3.5 (ranged attacks) and 10 (melee attacks) .

If you want to get almost infinite experience points in Fallout 4, you can take advantage of this method, which has been perfected by one player thanks to his father’s drill . Bethesda’s RPG is available on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Steam Deck .
