How to Enter Codes in Red Dead Redemption 2

Rockstar has added a way to activate bonuses to the game, but before using some “forbidden” features, players will need to find newspapers with code phrases.

You don’t need to search for them in the vast world, just visit the newspaper sellers and buy a new issue. Some newspapers are only available after completing certain missions, so without buying and finding them, you won’t be able to activate cheat codes.
