In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, hunting the Lineles is not a feint of the heart, but trophies await those brave enough to defeat these beasts. These trophies are usually monster parts and weapons, but Bule Lynels tend to drop better than their red counterparts. It’s good to know the whereabouts of these Linels when Link needs a strong weapon.

How to beat Blue Lynels in TOTK (Zelda Tears of the Kingdom)
Screenshot from Pro Game Guides
The Blue Linels are more difficult to defeat than the Red Linels, which means that players will need to prepare for these battles. When I fight the Blue Lynels, I always cook five Mighty Bananas to give Link a huge attack boost.
Another key to defeating the Blue Lynels is timing. Linel’s Dash Attack, Sweep Attack, and Jump Bounce can be dodged. With a perfect dodge, Link goes into a flurry of attacks. Link can use powerful weapons with Attack Flurry to destroy Blue Linel’s health.
