Of course, every job needs motivation and some of that motivation is not even possible for you to imagine.

I personally have been in the world of employees for more than 8 years. Ever been a salesperson at the largest bookstore in Indonesia, a lecturer assistant during college, worked as an office employee in a bank, to taste being a government servant.

This is work motivation that is most widely used to motivate and encourage work.

Having a salary every month will certainly make life easier. Because the principle of happiness in life, one of which is financial. Almost 80% of the facilities in making life easier when we have money.

And a monthly salary will help meet the coveted necessities of life. From primary needs, secondary needs to tertiary needs.

For example:

Primary needs: Buying daily necessities such as food and drink, clothing and shelter.

Secondary needs: Buying good clothes, have a dream home.

Tertiary needs: Buying a luxury car, or the need for sightseeing and pampering. Meet the needs of hobbies and so on.

This type of motivation to be financially secure with a monthly salary, this motivation will make you even more enthusiastic about working when you get rewarded money to meet the various needs you have.

The drawback is that you will no longer be enthusiastic about working when there is no monetary reward. This means that decreased motivation to work has an impact on your performance at work because your priority is to pay a monthly salary.

# 2. Want to have a coveted position in your career

Not just working and completing daily tasks. Employees with this motivation will dedicate every job to a push of limit, meaning that they work and explore more than 100% of their abilities.

Why?

Because they have to be individuals who are better than the community. With the positions they are looking for, they will continue to improve their abilities and skills to support their careers.

For example: improving leadership skills , time management, communication , financial and emotional management.

Without realizing it, by having this motivation you will be forced to compete with colleagues, be the best among work colleagues, have the best ideas and ultimately will become superior staff in any way.

Thus you will increase productivity at work at the company. You will also increase the productivity of the company where you work. This will also be useful if you are looking for another job when you feel that you have had enough at the previous company by considering various things.

# 3. Motivation provides the best work

Is there an employee working for a work? Of course there is.

This employee has the main motivation to give his best and his best work. It is not salary or career that is the main thing, this type will live up to the meaning of the work being undertaken.

Responsible in every job done. This is the type of motivation that an employee very rarely has. Positioning this position not as workers or employed laborers, they live up to the work so that they can provide their best work for the company.

# 4. Learn and seek experience

High motivation to learn and gain experience. Not all employees work for a good salary or career. There are some who want to learn and seek experience.

Usually they have complex long-term thoughts, for example wanting to learn to become employees before building a company, learn how the SOP in a company works, how the system of governance and structure of a company is, or learn how a company becomes successful.

Seeking experience is usually used as motivation for those who have just graduated and are just working (fresh graduates) . For example, they are looking for experience as financial staff, administrative staff.

Imagine, what you do is your hobby, from your hobby you are paid. This is not nonsense, in fact motivation because a hobby will make you enthusiastic at work many times over. Doing work with love, no matter how difficult the work will feel easy and fun.

Don’t work just to complete obligations or just make money, because if you are only looking for money and obligations will be heavy and it will not be fun at work.

Prove that you are someone who is responsible for the family. Prove it to them, make them happy with it. That what you do will affect your family at home.
