8 physical exercises you can do anywhere: at home, in the park or on the beach

2. Squat:

3. Walk:

You don’t need to go to the gym or have a special place to walk. It can be in the park, on the waterfront or anywhere, even on the block of your home. Make several turns on it. If you think you won’t have time for this, walk to work at least three times a week and walk back too. If work is far and you won’t have time to walk, go to the bakery, visit your family or shop at the supermarket on foot.
